Been a stranger over the international break, obviously Salah is now out for this game-week.. is there any risk that he might be out for more than one week? If I was to move him out, i'd have to take a -4 hit.

I'm still contemplating whether to go Bruno or hold Salah, but if I pull the trigger, it would be with my FT. I don't think I'd do that with a hit.
The news on Lindelof and Maguire being doubts is making me second think about bringing Bruno in. If those two are out, the midfield may need to come back more to help the defence out lessening Bruno's attacking output. Then owners may be relying on pens.
I feel like a lot of people are overcomplicating Bruno vs West Brom (H).

1. KDB has been easily outdoing Son the last couple of matches on the stats front and could quite easily outscore him by 4pts (or just as easily not;) )

You don't have any fires there except Salah, so I'd only go Salah-> Bruno this week and Son -> KdB next week. I don't really see much difference between Son and KdB this week against each other.
Stats wise KDB is looking far better than Son now and fixtures wise obviously wins out. It’s close for this week but I see KDB out scoring Son by quite a bit this week
Son's counter threat against high-line defences compensates the stat differences for me. I'll make the same move next week regardless for the fixture swing by the way.

Have Kane as well, no Bruno (can't afford Son to Bruno).Otherwise I'd probably have DCL as captain.
I see why you would make the transfer to Rashford but I just don't like the guy (only in FPL). Personally, I wouldn't switch son for Rashford, especially by taking a hit. It's not like manutd are scoring 3-4 goals in every match
