Sold Toney to bring in Mitrovic, and put Mitro 1st on bench due to FOMO with Reece James.

26k to 80k with a template side so less than happy.

Ditched Mo and Archer for Sterling and mitrovich.

Hauland will be permacaptain with a view to switching ad hoc to Kane if required.

Kdb(C) but do have Haaland. Lost of points after KdB(C) midweek which was brutal. Bit unlucky this weekend, I think.

Robertson to Dalot to get Groß in looks a bit more sensible with Utd resurgence and Robbo benching. Cucu starting and Haaland cap looked the right decision but not much to show for it. Neco ahead of Gabriel added 3 points. Lots of 1s 2s and 3s.

43 points. Benched Patterson (6) and my joint-highest scoring player, Collins (9). I was torn between playing Collins and Neco (4) so that's a 5-point loss on that decision.

Spent my 2FTs to sell Foden and Dervisoglu for Darwin and Andreas for no gain of points.

Martinelli's goal was chalked off for a soft foul, leaving him with a blank. Trent was taken off in the 59th minute to deny him a CS a if a minute or so later.

My decision to sell Darwin for Foden in the first place (GW3) to avoid getting Toney, then getting Darwin back, has now cost me 16 points, given Toney's hattrick this week, using 3 extra FTs in the process (compared to just getting Toney and sticking).

Taking a hit to sell Tripper for James that same week (GW3) has cost me 11 points compared to just playing Trippier, after his 8 points this week. Plus I've just spent another FT to get him in again (for Collins) before another price rise.

I'm also 4 points down on selling Selling Saka for Odegaard in GW4 after Saka's goal and 7 points today.

A less-than-satisfactory week, but but only dropped 200k to 2.3m.

Rashford, nice to be ahead of the curve on this one. 55 points and up to 37k. Definitely my best ever start.

Didn't have Haaland for his back to back hat tricks against Forest and Palace, had Toney instead who didn't score. Needed to get Haaland so I did Toney to Haaland for a hit and missed Toney's hat trick as well.

Rough: Capped Salah, really thought this would be the week Haaland would be benched. Got away with a potential calamity there! Loads of 1 and 2 pointers with Saliba on 0.

Smooth: Rashford saved my week, after selling him on GW2 wildcard, and then getting him back last week when Zaha got injured he's been great for me recently. Haaland and Mitrovic were my only other returns.

Dropped 3k to 880k.

So much truth in the people saying they are sitting on 2 transfers, and even burning one. I've been scrambling since gw1, wildcarded in gw3, made transfers most weeks, and I am currently 27 points worse off than if I just kept my gw1 team and did nothing other than choose the same captains I have done since (Haaland and Salah). Patience, patience, patience
