Double Gameweek 19 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) finally reaches its conclusion tonight, with Fulham v Chelsea getting underway at 20:00 GMT.

The hosts have won all four of their matches since the World Cup, while Graham Potter’s side currently sit 10th in the table, after a run of just one win in eight Premier League games.

As for the all-important team news, Chelsea hand a debut to new signing Joao Felix after he joined on loan from Atletico Madrid. The Portuguese, priced up as a £7.5m forward by FPL towers, lines up alongside Mason Mount and Kai Havertz in attack.

“It’s a combination of a lot of things: his training, the quality he has and the team needs a little bit of lift in terms of the ability he has. He’s a confident boy and he just wants to play. He’s just got to be himself. He hasn’t had that much time with the players, just about expressing himself.” – Graham Potter on why Joao Felix is starting

Elsewhere, Lewis Hall starts in place of Marc Cucurella, who drops to the bench, having struggled against Man City last time out.

Marco Silva, meanwhile, makes just one change from the 1-0 win at Leicester, as Carlos Vinicius starts up front in place of the suspended Aleksandar Mitrovic.

“He [Mitrovic] will get some rest, but [Carlos] Vinicius will get as many moments as we can get him because he is one of our main options to start as a striker. It is a great chance for him but to also give Mitrovic a bit of a break. But he is still training well and these things are good signs for us. Hopefully he will be back playing his best for us in the next few games, but for now the main solution is Vinicius.” – Marco Silva

Yeah. I've been moaning for ages how we take far to long to do anything. Will accept it today, but hope stuff goes in eventually.

Just a thought reading a lot of comments
I really can’t not see the point of taking a hit for a keeper the risk reward is almost non existent. If both keepers play and 1 has a clean sheet you’ve only in theory broke even ? Unless they save a penalty it’ll get save points it’s really not worth it surely ?

Also have Cucurella, Cancelo so team is far from perfect… but:

Darwin, Trossard > Kane, Mitoma (-4)?

£70 million Havertz cost. I swear if Man U hadn't made similar outrageous purchases the last few years then Chelsea's abysmal recruitment would be noted far more.

    Darwin > Kane
    Mount > Odegaard/Almiron/up to 7.1m
    James > Botman

Whats the rule with assists for fpl?

Mount hits post, hits goalkeeper and then koulibaly scores.

    Does it matter about deflections?

Was there not something about intended target before? Or is it just case they aren't consistent, feel like there's similar assists not given.

Not seen it but presume it’s a shot from mount then rebounds from a shot will be an assist even if it ball hits keeper. If a pass and changes direction/intended destination then no assist

      “Assists

Assists are awarded to the player from the goal scoring team, who makes the final pass before a goal is scored. An assist is awarded whether the pass was intentional (that it actually creates the chance) or unintentional (that the player had to dribble the ball or an inadvertent touch or shot created the chance).

If an opposing player touches the ball after the final pass before a goal is scored, significantly altering the intended destination of the ball, then no assist is awarded. Should a touch by an opposing player be followed by a defensive error by another opposing outfield player then no assist will be awarded. If the goal scorer loses and then regains possession, then no assist is awarded.”

OK, so it hits the keeper, and the defender, doesn't matter, still an assist?

Doesn't really cover 2 touches above, or am I missing it?

I guess it falls under the chance creating category which is too vague…I agree with you that it shouldn’t be an assist in that case, not only that but I also don’t think anything coming off of poles or goalie should be assist. Back in t football, an assist was seen something as when a footballer does all the work and the finisher just does the tap in part etc. now even a cross is an assist, but I’m probably the only one who thinks that…
