I thought everyone went for Gabriel, why not saliba. Yesterday saw every one talking about his aerial threat etc.. So Brought back Gabriel.

But no one else to blame. Its me and my fpl. I am responsible for what i do. It is what it is.

Playing bench is crucial in these situations that are so last minute and so unknown - who you have covering?

      I’ll get Baldock

    2. Nomar
      • 16 Years

I originally had Saliba as before his injury he was outscoring Gabriel. I only got Gabriel last season after Saliba got injured.

Thought I’d go back to Saliba for GW1 as he was fit again. Glad I did, but it was a close call between them both.

Barely made the Stones to Akanji transfer before the deadline - had no idea Gabriel was rumored a doubt. Could have been worse if the site didn’t allow my transfer due to activity so I can’t complain too much

So I assume the set up is this:

    ----------Ramsdale----------
    White---Saliba---Timber
    ----Partey---Rice------

Nailed it. The edge used to be research, watching games and planning (esp for blanks and double gameweeks). That is all now spoonfed. That's fine and I've accepted the game is not as fun as it used to be.

So when the edge becomes having to take time out your day, or setting an alarm to wake up and watch people who are no better at FPL than you, but they just happen to have a bit of leaked info (and that's before you even decide whether you want to believe it or not), then as you say, not for me.
