After 2 disaster GWs, i pulled the trigger and done wildcard. Any suggestions?

    Ederson Areola
    Saliba Chilwell Estu AWB Digne
    Ode Martinelli Mbeumo March Diaz
    Haaland Alvarez Isak

Not sure I'd have Martinelli tbh. Maybe for this week but seems a bit risky.

Nice team but I'd go Saka over Martinelli and wouldn't want AWB in a WC, could change to Gusto and upgrade Digne to a 5.0? Be a benching headache each week but great options

I also wildcarded, and haven't decided if I want Ederson as GK or want to have a 3rd city outfielder.

Digne is going out on loan & Moreno should be back after the IB.

That's kind of crazy given how most of their play revolved around Digne this weekend

I'm a little surprised too. Apparently they're looking to loan in Nuno Tavares (!). Moreno is going to be awesome in that role

How many will cut the mustard in gw3 to 8 tho?

Brighton with 42 shots and 8 goals, along with Brentford and Newcastle United a much higher % of shots on target too.

Yet people want to ditch them because of fixtures etc.

I just went Gabriel —> Henry and Eze —> Mbeumo = not that anyone really cares but if you’re on the fence at least you know someone else is doing it LOL plus Gabriel and Eze probably both gonna fall tonight.

Good picks I reckon, have Eze and he is getting the shots but not very accurate. 12 shots, 1 on goal.

Something I've always wondered, for you guys supporting prem teams, how does your affiliation affect your picks?

Any United fans going without Salah or Haaland out of bad blood? Or any spurs fans refusing the arsenal mids? Also anyone taking a punt on their club favourites?

For the record I'm a Bristol City fan and will never get to know how this affects my team selections in fpl.

Its only a game. Sometimes I need players from teams I dont fancy too much irl and its not a problem.. I'm sure there must be some underlying effects behind some decisions, but I dont let pure feelings run my game.. maybe just guide a little.. maybe in 50/50 situations I let the feelings rule. I dont have Man United or Everton players atm cos there is no real reason to have them but Im willing to pick some if they'll start performing.. I have only one from the team I'm supporting as I transferred the other one for Foden just now and maybe a bit more patience with holding on to Salah than I would have with Bruno or Rash. 66 points this week so I'm pretty happy with my team.. hitting maybe bb on gw3

Bottomed, lads. Need some help here. 2 FT. Apologies for the long post.

    Pickford (Turner)
    Gabriel, Estupiñán, Colwill (Botman, Baldock)
    Salah, Rashford, Saka, Martinelli, Eze
    Haaland, João Pedro (Woodrow)

    A. Gabriel to Henry/Udogie/Cash, save other FT
    B. Gabriel to Chilwell/Saliba/Gvardiol/Udogie, Rashford to Mbeumo
    C. Gabriel to Henry, Rashford to Mbeumo — so I can do Pedro to Isak next week
    D. WC to the following:

    Onana (Areola)
    Chilwell, Estupiñán, Saliba (Henry, Gusto)
    Salah, Saka, Maddison, Mitoma, Mbeumo
    Haaaland, Wissa (Semenyo)

This is some puzzle... bench 3...

Wissa, Semenyo, Luis Diaz, Foden, Rico Henry, Gusto, Chilwell...

I'll say I'm inclined to bench Diaz if only because Pool could easily look to fit Nunez this coming week, and think Jota & Salah are safe as houses in that XI. Can literally go any formation and still be unhappy with my choices.

When I get stuck like that I just put lowest price on the bench, the tie goes to the home team if there are 2 the same price.
