    We play football on these artificial pitches with senior players who have played football all their lives. The moment young lads come in the games, football is normally not the same as they want to run like headless chickens. Playing with experience players is a whole different story to young inexperienced kids however talentes they are.

      If you sell him for another player you are never going to play, it's going to be 2 transfers wasted since you'll be selling the other player in future too.
