Afternoon all, I have 2 FT and do not see any major pressing issues with 0.1 in the bank. Potentially Alvarez out to maybe Nketiah? don't really want to burn a transfer either! Any thoughts much appreciated.

    UCL fantasy question here.

Should I replace Cancelo 4pts (44% ownership) or Raum 4pts (8% ownership) with Di Lorenzo for tomorrow? My thinking is Cancelo should be replaced, because Raums 4pts are more valuable than Cancelo, right?

    1. Alan The Llama
      • 16 Years
      2 years, 3 months ago

What? 4 points is worth 4 points. Who you replace doesn't matter a jot.

      1. JBG
        • 7 Years
        2 years, 3 months ago

I meant since Cancelo is owned by 44% and Raum is owned by 8%. Surely that makes my rank rise is higher if Raums points are kept? If you understand my thought proces? Or am I overthinking this?

        1. Alan The Llama
          • 16 Years

You're underthinking this. Ownership is irrelevant, the points have already been scored.

    a) Maddison to Eze
    b) Maddison to Palmer, Udogie to Tripper (-4)
    c) Maddison to Bowen
    d) Maddison to Bowen, Udogie to Schar (-4)

Quite fancy a differential punt with Eze
The Palmer option would be a no brainer apart from Chelsea fixtures.

    What does everyone think?

Or just hold Maddison who will probably play.

    Another Paul Merson banger incoming

"Tottenham were going to have a go at Chelsea and that's why I was bullish about them being able to get something. That plays into Chelsea's hands. Man City will be the same."

Spurs are definitely at the same level as City and they definitely weren't affected by a penalty, two red cards or two injuries to key players. Think his last special was that Arsenal were going to "absolutely rip Spurs to shreds"

I never expected him to be nailed to start every game. Brentford's strength from set pieces and aerial threat could be cause to start Gomez again. Would expect Tsimi to start in UEL so keep an eye on his mins - if he plays 90 again & you have a decent sub I'd consider benching; if he comes off after 60ish or is rested I think you can be fairly confident he starts

With Trent inverting and Gomez on his wrong side/cutting in Pool were seriously lacking width, which was the main reason for their poor performance imo. Should be back in the team!

    Areola Turner
    Trent Gabriel Cash Porro Taylor
    Salah Son Saka Bowen Gordon
    Watkins Nunez Alvarez

Thinking of downgrading a DF to free up cash to bring Haaland in for Watkins down the road?

    A) Porro --> Guehi or Mitchell
    B) Porro --> Lascelles or Livramento
    C) Cash --> Guehi or Mitchell

    E) Something else

Ya that's a fair point. Porro is a decent player but Spurs fixtures are mixed as well. Whoever I bring in will be on the bench anyway as Gabriel Cash & Trent seems a no brainer to start. Cheers pal
