What are Estupiñan owners planning/thinking? I'm tempted to move to Doughty for a hit, but he surely can't have been dropped indefinitely just like that can he? If he comes back in then he has Sheffield Utd next week which could be big, but I also don't want to just hold onto him and have to rely on hope as I'll be BBing

Tough one. Not ideal to take a hit on a defender but it's a good fixture for Luton. If you can bench Estupinan and put out a decent defence then that would be my preferred option

      1. Nate(U)dog(ie)
        • 5 Years
        2 years, 1 month ago

I can definitely bench but the Sheffield Utd fixture is so tempting so if I was going for it I'd actually prefer to take the hit this week over next. Moreno would play over Estupiñan otherwise which I wouldn't have minded a few weeks ago, but the way Villa and ManUtd's form has gone I can see it easily being a 1pter

    3. The Mentaculus
      • 4 Years

Leaving him in for now although I'm not starting him this week. Will be relying on him in 26 though. I doubt he's dropped indefinitely but if he doesn't start this week I'd probably sell ahead of BB25.

Similar spot with the BB but I’m likely to WC and so binning seems sensible. Think it depends on the rest of the defence. But I would lean towards hold and hope.

Football officials can’t even determine what is and what isn’t offside or deliberate handball. How are they going to be able to determine what is a blue or yellow card. Such nonsense, football is getting worse.

For referee it's actually easy. Sometimes yellow isn't enough and red is too much. They need a tool for orange cards situations. Good idea. (2/5 min penalties work in ice-hockey very well.)

2FT and ideally wanting to roll one, but not totally comfortable selling Watkins. A is the simplest, but any other options good?

A - Watkins to Darwin and bench Pedro
B - Pedro to Darwin and Porro to Doughty, bench
C - Saka to Jota, bench Pedro

    Dubravka (Areola)

My head hurts - help needed!
I'm thinking about bringing in Jota or Luis Diaz this week but need to bench someone for them to play. I'm thinking:

Gordon to Jota/Diaz, bench Palmer or bench Saka?

    OR

Hold, make the change next week and stick with my team below...

    Alisson
    Porro - Trippier - Gabriel
    Foden - Saka - Richarlison - Palmer
    Haaland - Watkins - Solanke

    BENCH: Areola, Gordon, Mykolenko, Kabore

    1FT, £2.3m ITB.

    Would you play
    1) Barkley home vs SHU or
    2) Bailey home vs MU

What option would you go for with 1 FT?

    A) Solanke to Darwin
    B) Watkins & Martinelli to Darwin & Jota (-4)

    Team is:

    Dubravka
    Porro Gabriel TAA
    Saka Palmer Foden Martinelli Richarlison
    Watkins Solanke Haaland

      A with 1 ft
B would give you a extra blanker

    Thoughts? No pool

A Solanke and Saka to Darwin and Jota?

B Watkins and gross to same?

Both moves for a hit this week, or one this week for free, same next week.

    Cheers

Asking for a friend, glad its not my team! Thoughts on these moves - Gordon + Solanke > Jota + Alvarez?

    Areola
    Gabriel - Porro - Trippier - Mylenko
    Saka - KDB - Palmer - Gordon
    Watkins - Solanke

    (Turner) - Taylor - Salah - Osula

Would you WC this team? 1FT and £3.3m ITB. Plan is to do Solanke to Darwin this week, and either roll or do Konsa to VvD in GW25.

Main concern is no KdB and WC can maximise doublers in GW25 & 28, and avoid using FH in 29.

    Dubravka
    Porro - Walker - Gabriel
    Saka - Palmer - Foden - Jota
    Solanke - Watkins - Haaland

    Areola; Gordon, Saliba, Konsa
