It needs official news that he's available to catch up.

        Like Trent being out.

It's probably helpful at this point tbf.

Dubravka to Allison worth the FT this week if it means a -4 next? It’s very close IMO

Why do you need to take a hit to remove Alisson when you can bench him?

      1. Tinfoil Deathstar

I can bench him. Hit would be because I’d need to use two FT’s to get rid of Darwin and Jota for players with fixtures. If I rolled my FT I wouldn’t need the -4.

What are people's thoughts on nonFH29 at this point? I know the upside is currently low, but my current team at the rate its going will only have around 7/8 players out for that GW. Now with Trent out not sure if I want to go for someone like Saliba who likely will blank in 29, but have decent fixtures in 25 +26, or Reguilon with a guranteed game in 29.

Is waiting for GW27 too late to decide if FH29 will be worth it? Since we will know the results of the cup by then

    1. Tinfoil Deathstar
      • 5 Years

I think I will be a v low scoring game week. If you can field 7 or 8 of the better players then try and save the FH as little upside playing it in 29

Yeah that’s what I’m looking at. Douglas Luiz another. I’ve got Konsa who I’ll try and hold until GW29 in the hope that he is fit.

Doughty will be a decent move in 28 if Luton’s fixture in 29 is on too (assuming you don’t already own)

yeah players like Doughty, Palmer, Dalot etc is so hard to make a call on, since so much hinges on the cup results.

Players like Luiz im not enamored by since the upside doesnt even seem worth a transfer/hit

If most get 25 points as a safety score and you can pick out 55 points then all to the good on the crowd.

That's the same as getting 110 points in a 80 safety score points double bumper week in fact.

The big question for me is: who scores more...? This week only.

    (a) Bradley & Jota -4

    Or

    (b) VVD & Richarlison

A is fun, B is sensible. Not sure which I want to be!

    TAA, Porro, Gabriel
    Saka, Foden, Jota, Garnacho
    Darwin, Haaland, Watkins
    Areola, Palmer, Udogie, Taylor

TAA and Palmer to Dalot/Reguillon and KDB -4

If Porro and Udogie both injured -8 for Porro to VVD?
Or TAA and Udogie to Saliba and Ake -4 ignore KDB and Reguillon.

May not need to worry but edging to the -8.

Thanks, though expect Newcastle more likely to concede, Palmer's double digit returns of late are difficult to ignore even if it's the most difficult fixture of the season.

      Easy A
      Solanke to score 2.8
      Palmer to score 5.25

MCI 2nd tightest defence, Newcastle extremely poor these days, they concede for fun.

FWIW to the creators. Be nice to get an image of the scout squad final team a bit like the bus team on the right of the website. Great article as always.

Hey guys, what do you reckon? Probably FH29, but not 100%
    TAA, Pedro to
    A) Reguilon, Toney (can afford Jota to Saka next week)
    B) Gabriel, Toney (Saka will have to wait until 27)

Trent, Porro, and Richarlison, two games combined in game weeks 25 and 26, assuming Trent is still out by then.

    Versus

Reguilon, Maguire, and Salah, seven games combined in game weeks 25 and 26, assuming Salah starts both games.

Minus 8 points. Is it worth it?

      Yeah, I think so

Given Porro may be out this week, yes

        Why might Porro be out!

Leaves me with an incredible front 7 but no Arsenal

      Good opportunity for BB

      Areola Dubravka
      Estupinan Doughty Reguilon Maguire Branthwaite
      Salah Jota KDB Foden Palmer
      Haaland Darwin Toney

I can do Alvarez/Palmer > KDB/Toney for -4. Is this worth doing? Kind of liked having Alvarez as a differential but I think KDB/Toney will return more points?

For this gameweek, it's a no brainer
But for the future, I'd want to keep Palmer

      Anyone else you could drop?

Gordon or Doug Luiz the other candidates. Palmer’s blank swings it for me, plus he’s cheap as chips to get back, which I will do at some stage.

        Nate

Have you taken many hits this season so far, or any?

I certainly have, looks like 7 so far. Mind I got through the first 15GWs with only two so most are very recent (two in the last 2), had a loooot of injury/availability issues in the last 10GWs (Digne, Mbeumo, Doku, Olise, Jimenez red card, Doucoure, Nkunku)

I am considering that, but I need to wait G-nacho to rise in price first. I really don't know yet.
