The Blank Gameweek 29 picture is now complete following the results of Wednesday’s FA Cup fifth-round ties.

In the end, the bookies had it spot on as the favourites in all four of the day’s fixtures – Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Wolverhampton Wanderers – progressed.

The only ‘shock’ all week, indeed, was Bournemouth’s loss to Leicester City. Even that didn’t have an impact on Fantasy Premier League (FPL), as the Cherries blank in Gameweek 29 anyway.

I think the more you have, the harder the choice.

A - make subs to get ready for BGW 29 followed by WC on 30, BB/FH for 34/37 and TC on 38

B - FH in 29, WC in 30, BB in 34/37 and TC 38

  I would say as long as you have the core attacking players that are expected to score well you should be fine. So around 7 would be the cut off for me. My list would be:
  - Toney
  - Combination of Two Spurs Mids
  - Watkins
  - A Villa mid and/or Bowen
  
  I wouldn't put any defenders part of the core list as I can't say I expect any to score that well but I would hope you could still get at least a defender and goalie out.

    Watkins Toney son richy Bowen for sure. I think most fh would have these players. The differential would be whether you would go triple spurs attack or double plus a defender. They are at fulham so likely to concede.

I need some advice for my team and chip strategy (I made my FT already Maguire > Senesi)

1) Is this team good enough FH 29 and WC 30 or
2) WC this mess right away and prepare for BGW 29 and save WC for a bit later (When is the gw to WC then?)

  I wouldn't FH in 29, seems a waste when we likely have some decent doubles down the line. You look ok for this week. If Hwang is out I'd be minded to hit him out for a Villa or West ham mid or even Barkley if you are a YOLO kind of a guy.

If you only had Watkins and Doughty playing in GW29 would you free hit that GW? Would need to take multiple hits to even field 7-8 players.

  Such a low upside FH week and only 4 fixtures. No way you can waste your chip when you can field 9 or 10 players already. I think 7 or 8 players will be enough covering the main ones, the rest is not worth it.
