Kelleher is worth punt, same for Bradley, don’t see Ali or Trent rushed back this season.

With only three unflagged defenders, including White & Bradley, hoping the comebacks can wait a couple of weeks.

With Gusto back home with illness and Palmer not fit to start tomorrow on top of injuries to Gabriel Saka, Darwin flagged I am waiting until 31 earliest to see which of the walking wounded able to play in 30- probably a few “ international injuries” but time will tell

After the worst FH ever, I'm kinda stuck here: I like the team, doesn't look WC material, but only route to Salah would be ditching one of Son/Saka/Watkins.

    Leno
    Aké, Branthwaite, Robinson
    Son, Foden, Bowen, Palmer
    Haaland, Watkins, Solanke

    Areola, Saka, Gabriel, Doughty

    A. Go without Salah this week and reassess
    B. Bowen to Salah, Watkins to Semenyo (- 4)
    C. Saka to Salah, Bowen to Sarabia (- 4)
    D. Aké to Gusto, Bowen to Salah, Watkins to Muniz (- 8)
    E. Something else?

    1. Boberella
      • 9 Years
      2 years, 13 days ago

Team looks good and similar to most WCs, with the exception of Salah (+Doughty/Ake)
I think a -4 to get him in for Bowen would be the move.

I’m in a similar position and think leaving it a week to reassess is the right call. Losing Watkins at home to Wolves for a hit can’t be the percentage play, and you’d want Saka straight back. Might be harder to resist if there weren’t other great captain options like Son and Palmer this week

FH29 really was something wasn't it? 16pts from 12 players for me - I'm still in shock from it tbh.

Team looks good, but when you are starting to lose players like Saka that's why you need to consider WC. Try to use your WC when you'll get the most benefit from it over an extended period, otherwise it's a bit of a waste for me.

One of your Liverpool slots should be allocated to Jan Molby. Even when I was young and quick and playing amateur football, I used to admire the lad with a beer belly who could patrol the centre circle, spray passes around and control the tempo of a game. How Jan managed to do that in professional football is beyond me!

Molby played for Liverpool until 96, Bjornabye, Babb and Scales all played with him for at least 2 seasons. Bennerman knows best again as always though!

I think at that point Molby was doing a John Barnes and literally never leaving the centre circle. Even a rookie me (but everyone was a rookie then?) would not go there in Fantasy Football!

Ah yeah, I know that Molby wouldn't have been a good FPL asset but sometimes I favour players that I like because if they do well, I'd get more of a buzz from it! I was just reminiscing really!

    Kelleher (Areola)
    Gusto Branthwaite Robinson (Ait-Nouri Gabriel)
Son Palmer Foden Saka Salah (C)

The couple of DGW & BGW have been a nightmare this season
added with the unexpected injuries & form so hard to predict.

Stick with it 'LSG' & possible look at the released GW34, GW35/GW37 fixtures
you can still get down under the 100,000 - only a few points & you climb or drop quickly

Playing around with wildcarding, kinda like the look of this team. plan is to either BB 34/35 and FH 37 or FH 34 and BB 37 if I wildcard now

    Kelleher (onana)
Gusto Udogie Schär (saliba, ait Nouri)
    Gordon Salah Son Palmer(saka)
    Isak Darwin Haaland

I guess with this team a FH 34 is more suited

Kelleher will possibly be benched by the time 37 arrives. Saliba and Saka probably wont double in 37. Same for Salah and Darwin.

Looks like FH37 to me but you cant BB34 with those players.

Looking at my bench, I don't see a way out rather than WC. What do you think?

    Areola
    Gabriel* Saliba Zabarnyi
    Foden KDB* Saka Palmer
    Watkins Haaland Solanke

    Turner Taylor Gomez Hwang*

Give it a few more days (after the internationals maybe) and see how healthy your squad looks, might make you lean one way or another

Its quite refreshing having a complete diversion that leaves me blissfully ignorant of all the FPL injury speculation during the break. Wished I'd done this before!

Personally I struggle with FPL alone so managing another fantasy game sounds heinous to me, but I'm glad you guys are all enjoying it!

Pause - wait until international fixtures
completed then go with your gut & WC

I'm sure you will climb in the coming weeks
& recoup in final gws - possible planning
      for GW34 (DGW's) & others just announced

Hi have wildcard and bench boost left to play. Am intending to play WC 35 and bench boost 37.
I am a little confused about GW 34. Why won't the three games postponed by the FA Cup Semis just be played the following Tuesday/ Wednesday? It's a 'free' week in rather calendar with no European fixtures, I think. Yet there are comments that Chelsea may play Brighton later, when they also have games against two other teams to fit in somehow. Any nice person like to explain, please?

Need an assessent. BB, WC and FH chips left.

    Would you WC this?

    Raya/Areola

    Branthwaite, Burn, Zabarnyi, Chambers, Saliba

    Saka, KDB, Barklay, Foden, Bowen

    Watkins, Solanke, Toney

    6.1 in da bank.

    Best chip strategy?

    Current Wildcard team - FH34, BB37
Issue is its £1.1m too much!

Is the easiest downgrade Gordon to Garnacho?

People’s thoughts on the team? I know it’s not perfectly optimised for DGW37 however will have free transfers to adjust

    Kelleher Petrovic
    Gabriel Porro Gusto Lascelles Branthwaite
    Salah Son Saka Palmer Gordon
    Haaland Isak Nunez

    WC now or 31?
Lost the FPL plot for several weeks so not sure what is optimal.

    Kelleher/Martinez
    Poro/Gabriel/Doughty/Kerkez/Taylor
    Son/Saka/Madd/Bowen/Baily
    Watkins/Toney/Solanke

    A. Bowen > Palmer
    B. Bowen & Maddison > Palmer & Salah (-4)

Exact same decision for me. I've used my wildcard already so I'm going option B to get on Salah early - I feel / hope the -4 will will get paid back very quickly. Also Salah is a great captain option V Brighton and Sheffield Utd especially as both are at home.

Comes down to who you think gets the highest score this gameweek
      A. Maddison
      B. Salah -4
