Son out makes sense, defence looks bad so maybe fix that and hope Haaland hauls.

Do you have 11 starters ? Maybe keep your Spurs players & roll and have two transfers for the double in 35

Can't see anything after Saturday evening. Doesn't look too serious but wait until close to deadline to keep or sell. Similar with Branthwaite for me.

Very. Was half planning Udogie to Ait Nouri. Now could be Branthwaite to Ait Nouri. Or alternatives!

Just outside top 10K with FH34, BB37. Will do really well to make it there imo with the later WCs with better BBs.
Been a few years since a good season, GW29 with 16(-12) seems ages ago

      Smooth:
I thought I had made a serious error by making a late captain change from Haaland to Palmer, and with one match to go I only had 22 points and was heading for a big red arrow.
But then Palmer retrieved the situation and I finished on 74 with a small green.

      Rough:
My other nine starters only scored 12 points between them, and I left Solanke (7) and Kaminski (3) on the bench.

Thanks. I've captained him three times in the last four weeks, but unfortunately failed to do so for his 20-pointer in GW31.
FPL Partridge and myself were the only ones in Mods & Cons to captain him.
My differential captains have gone pretty well on the whole this season - better than the rest of my team.

Smooth: Captained Palmer. Started Leno, Senesi, Gordon, Isak. -1 on the bench. OR is poor so needed a good GW to stay interested.

Rough: Bought Darwin. Gotta keep him for 34. Waste of a WC to get rid of him now. But Jota return and Diaz form will impact his gametime.

81pts take that knowing I benched Isak played Porro ahead of him. Got in Foden because of the news took cap off Haaland placed it on Foden as I'm chasing. Reports came in Foden bench. I am Spurs fan watching Porro and Son do nothing I felt the season was over. Ended up with Isak points Haaland VC points Ederson played over Ortz so got Dubrav instead 6pts. This game has ups and downs. Before the Foden news was going to bring in Doku. Only lost out 4pts seeing how got Isak points off the bench, better to have Foden long term.

      Rough
59 -4 meant a 64% red arrow, the hit was Foden & Darwin out, Diaz & Toney in smh, also capped Salah over Haaland as I diidnt see the leak that Haaland was to start, lastly had Smith's 1pt subbing in for RAN instead of Munoz 6pts but tbh I definitely didn't see that result coming

      Smooth
White managed a cs for me, also had Petrovic subbing in for Kelleher, and Palmer haul like for everyone else

My smooth is Leno. He’s the difference that’s stretched my lead in my ML. Also transfer of Kerkez to Reguilon and Haaland captaincy although my rival has both. I'm happy with 78pts for 39k with decent DGW34 team and WC35 to come.

Rough was the horrible scores by Arsenal and Liverpool players and City looking like they’ll win the league again

Rough: First red arrow since gw16.

Rough: late clean sheet wipeouts for Ederson (signed this week) and Van Hecke, with Petrovic on the bench

Smooth: Sold Saka for Gordon and already had Isak, so that gave me 90 overall and a healthy green arrow

Last Man Standing GW33 (39 teams)

    Safety score = 67
Top score = Eh, just one more thing with 88

15 teams to be removed, 24 through to GW34
Up to 42% out or minimum 11 out next GW.
    Congrats to the final 24!

      Hey TM.
Reaching out as I think I'm missing something. The link you shared shows 56 teams were left for gw 33, not 39 teams.

Think I'm out if we are down to 24 next week, given I'm 36 in the league this week, but wanted to see what I'm missing.

      Cheers

    Salah*, Saka*, Diaz*, Palmer
    Darwin*, Solanke*, Haaland

      Decent.

RAN, Ødegaard, Hwang need to monitor fitness. I’d probably prefer Havertz anyway.

I would also now worry about Darwin getting two starts; maybe Diaz for Hwang and Mateta up front (Andersen to Tarkowski or someone).

    On FH34:

    a) Andersen/Munoz, Luis Díaz
    b) Virgil, Olise

      I prefer B

I'm starting to lean that way.

Bigger picture, in my squad. Already have Trent. So, unsure about double LFC defence (both away fixtures).
Would prefer double LFC attack. Unsure Diaz starts both games.
Also, already have Eze. Not too concerned about a double CPL midfield (assuming fitness holds).

Despite threat of rotation, I think Diaz has a good chance of lots of minutes and should get an A or G.

I’m not sure Olise is ready to start both but if Glasner suggests he is I might err to B but I’m not convinced by Liverpool attack so suggest A with Munoz.

Sorry, not convinced with Liverpool defence.

Same. Letting in goals/chances way too easy

Fixture wise, I can see two clean sheets this week though.

Yes you may be right. Fixtures are decent, Alisson is back and VVD always has that goal threat combined with great xmins.

Which duo likely to score more?
    Currently on B
    A Doughty and Solanke
    B White and Toney

      Looks like Solanke v White!

Are we thinking Toney is back in? If so, I think B gets it as I think Doughty’s peak has passed.

If Frank says Toney ready, I'm going for B. Any doubts I'll opt for Solanke in.

Not overly keen on three Palace attackers and prefer Henderson as keeper.

Similar to mine except I've gone with Havertz instead of Olise and still deciding who to have as my third defender instead of White (probably Ait Nouri if he's fit)

      You sure you want Pickford?

Anyone played about with gw35 wc transfers yet, bored and could get this 3 x Newcastle, City, UTD, Spurs and Chelsea

    Vicario / Petrovic
    Dalot Ruben Porro Gusto Schar
    Son Gordon Foden Bruno Palmer
    Haaland Isak Hojlund 0,4 itb

I had exactly that but Onana for Vicario, Gabriel and Branthwaite for Dalot and Dias. It was a few weeks back so will have to review Branthwaite.

Was also tempted at the time by Garnacho for Gordon but I think Gordon’s won that battle now

Sorry I also had Pickford for Petrovic. This was when I thought Chelsea couldn’t defend. That might change but the former may permit Jackson instead of Hojlund who hasn’t done much
