    So if an outfield player gets a touch on the ball but also takes the player out in the follow throigh, they get panalised and concede a free kick. But the same rule doesnt apply to a keeper doing the same?

    Im sick of these refs always changing the decision when they get sent over to the monitor. What is the point? VAR may as well just tell them they have made the wrong decision and not bother sending them over.
