He's looked quite dangerous recently. Only Salah and Gakpo are nailed then toss a coin for the rest. A fully fit Jota should be first choice too.

Don't think it's clear. Diaz starts LW when Gakpo needs a rest. Diaz competing with Nunez and Jota for CF spot

    G2G? Ive got 1FT and £0.2m ITB:

    Henderson
    VVD, Gabriel, Huijsen
    Salah (TC), Palmer, Gordon, Mbeumo
    Wood, Isak, Gakpo

    Pickford, Robinson, Amad, Hall

    1. _Greg

I'd probably play Robinson over Huijsen and Amad first bench.

I own Huijsen and Bournemouth concede away from home on the regular. Think their own away clean sheet was at Old Trafford, which doesn't say much with Manchester United's home form.

Have linesmen on both sides of the pitch when there is no VAR. Easy solution. The Maguire offside would have been picked up by a linesman on the near side of the pitch looking in from where the free kick came from. The match linesman was somewhat blind sided and as humans we cannot make our two eyes go in different directions! Offside is the big bugbear when there is no VAR and it needs a solution.

      This totally agree

    2. DeSelby
      • 3 Years

I don't think that's a solution. Firstly, there's no guarantee that both of them wouldn't make an incorrect call. Secondly, what do you do if one calls offside and the other doesn't? How do you know who was right?

And what about Newcastle's first goal yesterday? That ball never crossed the line but the assistant decided to guess and say it did. If there was another assistant on the other side there's no guarantee they'd call it correctly either.

We need 3 linesmen per side of the pitch so that we can have a majority decision

We don't need anything tbh. Lower league club supporter here and officials make mistakes most weeks but we live with it and are content whatever the decision of knowing the outcome at the time rather than 10 mins later. Most other supporters outside the Prem don't want the VAR circus.

"Guarantee"? What are you imagining where we are guaranteed that officials make the correct call all the time.

Fans who have an expectation that mistakes are never made are a large part of this VAR mess.

There is a way round that. If either of them give offside then that's it: its offside. That is the point we make: one can see it when the other can't!

    AM (likely Moyes to Emery)
    Pickford
    TAA Aina Gabriel
    Salah Palmer Mbeumo Kluivert
    Gakpo Isak Wood

    Fab Amad Myko Burgess

    1FT 1.3m itb

Would you do any of the below?

    1. Moyes to Emery, Amad to Rogers (bench Wood?) -4
    2. Moyes to Emery, Burgess to Kerkez (bench Aina?) -4
    3. Moyes to Emery. Don't meddle.

    2 doubles in 25, Slot & Emery?

Any other blanks for 29 apart from Pool, Villa, Palace & NewC 🙁 currently 7 players 🙁

    Raya
    TAA Gabriel Munoz
    Palmer Salah Mbeumo Kluivert
    Gakpo Isak Wood

    Bench:
    Fab - Enzo - Robinson - Greaves

    1FT 0.7m ITB

I haven't played AM but would need to free up 0.1m to get Emery and I can't see an easy spot to save money assuming Trent is fine.

    A) Roll and save the AM for later
    B) Taa to Kerkez and plan AM on slot
    C) Downgrade one of Munoz or Robinson and play AM on Emery
