All moves would be -4 if I transfer Emery out.

      A. Gakpo benched. Then next week reevaluate. Ideally you want to keep Gakpo because they have two home games including one against Southampton in 27/28.

      If he's fit, he's a good hold.

Yep, Amad out first makes sense at least until we hear worse news regarding Gakpo. Or even avoid the transfer/hit and play Gakpo if he seems to be fit for City.

A - and it might not even be worth making an AM switch.

I also have Gakpo and plan to bench if he's still looking a doubt. Get Cunha/Marmoush the week after (or after 28 if I just keep Gakpo).

Rest of front 8 is good enough to cover.

Why? Slot could outscore all the other managers. Taking a hit to chase a table bonus seems like a big risk

That's why I'd prioritise the AM transfer over any other. Meaning no hit. Slot COULD, but odds are Arteta will get 8-10 points much more likely than Slot for example. A Pool loss is not even oit of the question. Just my opinion...

Are the points worth it? I haven't researched it much but even having Liverpool win only got me 8 points. If that is a par figure, a -4 seems a bit pointless if you are on him.

On Emery AM. I'm miles off it this season so I quite fancy taking a risk on one of the table bonus candidates. McKenna?

I'd like a Bournemouth midfielder too but that would need -4 to sell Rogers and I don't know if that's worth it. What do you think?

    1FT 0.0ITB
    Sels
    Gabriel Mykolenko Castagne
    Salah Palmer Bruno Mbeumo Rogers

If Rogers has a good game against Chelsea, I'd happily do A and start prepping for 29.

Managers gets points just like players in FPL.

Scoring system is in the link below.

Certain managers/teams have strong favourite' fixtures - lower ceiling but lower risk of a bust

Other managers/team have 'Competitive table bonus' fixtures - high ceiling but higher risk of a bust.

      It's a fair point

Sticking might be best as Moyes proved...

People on here are tempted by points and the table bonus is fluid across 3 games.

Happy to have played it, although we won't really know until others have played later in season. GW31-GW33 looks a bit worrying, think one of the Palace DGWs offers double table bonus, imagine 1 win and 1 draw for example, could be a 30 pointer

What I would un-do would be keeping Haaland so long.

    6. Hazz
      • Fantasy Football Scout Member

26 points via Moyes/Emery so far, with 2 games left.

Glad to have not got a "below average" score (the estimate was ~20-30 when playing it normally).

Glad I won't have to worry about this chip & using transfers on it, leading towards the season-end.

Glad it won't be able to block any other chip use, or use budget for WC/BB needs. Makes it easier to plan.

Equally, would have been just as happy with Salah TC as originally planned.

If could I rewind the clock I would have played AM in DGW24. With hindsight, I think this is going to be a far better strategy than those of us who have played TC (myself included) can achieve.

      AM DGW24-26
      WC 30/31
      BB GW33
      FH 34
TC Isak GW32, or Haaland in GW36 if its a DGW

      1. Saka White Rice
        • 11 Years
        1 year, 3 months ago

I also.did TC24. Problem is Gakpo screwed us over...However if gameweek 36 becomes the bigger double over 33 then we probably got the upper hand. TC24, WC30 or WC35, AM31-33, FH34 and BB DGW36

That's what I'm planning as well. It's heavily reliant on GW36 being a big double to BB in but I'm not convinced it will be a double at all. GW37 postponements being moved to GW36 is the best chance but then it's just 4 teams, who will all blank the following GW.

I liked it. Broke down nicely all possible scenarios, highlighting how much of a risk/gamble it is to chase table bonuses -- when our current AMs could easily score just as much.

With 4 weeks until 29 and in need of exactly 4 players in, I'm tempted to keep the faith in Slot after all.

I'd say Arteta or just take the hit

Mind, Villa home to Chelsea might be good too

Good plan. I think I will hold on to TAA because of the fixtures after GW29

      I'd also keep Wood

Sorry, plan is to sell Mateta, not Wood*.

As for TAA, I dont have a lot of money in him so I can afford to sell him to have money for good team in 29. And then get him back in a WC30

    Bus team:

    Pickford
    TAA Gabriel Robinson Kerkez
    Salah Palmer Mbeumo Kluivert
    Isak Wood

    Stolar Rogers Munoz Ndiaye

    Slot to Arteta for free?
And have enough FTs to get 11 in GW 29.

Sounds OK. Safe but the table bonus option aren't great so may be the best option.

Good pick. I fancy the risky picks this week for Table Bonus Pts since I’m chasing. Good luck!

    This is the mainstream plan?
    WC30
    AM 31-33
    FH34
    BB36

Lets hope Newcastle are in form when it is time for the AM

      Yeah

      Or TC32 and BB33/36

Many played AM, likely the mainstream tbf.

That's what I'm on but needs GW36 to be a DGW, and we are unlikely to know if the big double is going to be GW33, or GW36 before finalising our GW30 WC.

Easy decision on Cunha imo - talisman, nailed, bps magnet, and pens

This and could be pep roulette - definitely monitoring mamoush however

Cunha not scoring many hattricks in a team that generates a lot chances / goals

If no other fires to put, worth spending free transfer in GW26 and 27 on AM Glasner / Pereira to target table bonus vs Fulham?
