Hey guys! Been on a decent run recently and looking to keep it going... how does this look?

    Pickford
    TAA Gabriel Mykolenko
    Salah Palmer Mbeumo Nwaneri
    Isak Wood Wissa
    Valdi Rogers Huijsen Hall

    1 FT
    2.4 ITB

Currently leaning towards rolling and having more room to manoeuvre before GW29 as not planning to play FH.

    Henderson*
    TAA* - Gab - AWB
    Salah* - Palmer - Mbeumo - Kluivert
    Mateta* - Isak* - Cunha*

    Fab* - Castagne - Rogers* - Johnson - 1FT

Currently I have 7 players for BGW29 blanks on GW29, excluding Cunha, Fab and 4.0 def. With only 1FT, do you think my only option is to FH BGW29?

Just being mindful on how hard would it be to navigate 33 and 34 without the FH... Currently my FH29 plan would be to TC32, BB33, WC34. Only thing I'm thinking about is not a lot of time to capitalize on the WC potential with such a late WC

Couple of things concerning me in planning up to WC31.
He's a rotation risk, and I can see him playing against Bournemouth in the cup, which is a tougher game, and maybe missing out on LEI in GW30.
Also, I've yet to be convinced that his 17 pointer in a sea of 2's is is anything other than an outlier.

    1. Hall to Ait Nouri
    2. Mateta to Wood
    3. Save
    4. both for -4

    Unlikely to FH 29, 1ft, 5.5 itb
    1. means I'll have 5-3-2 for gw29 but be able to carry mateta through for future doubles.
    2. means I'll have 4-3-3 for gw29 but need another transfer to get rid of hall

Had been planning to FH in GW29 but got a number of issues - Hall, Mateta, Cunha, Bruno, TAA, Rogers - so I’m considering an early WC. I’m chasing a bit as well so think it might be worth the risk…any thoughts on the potential squad below and any glaring omissions?

    Alisson (possibly Raya) Areola
    Gvardiol Gabriel Munoz Williams Huijsen
    Salah Savinho Elanga Bowen Nwaneri
    Haaland Isak Evanilson

Leaves £0.1m ITB, not convinced about Isak but not convinced by the alternatives either and feel it would be booking a transfer to get him back in for GW32.

I get the rest of the injuries & doubts, but what are the issues with Bruno & TAA this gw?

How many FT's to tackle 28/29 over FH or WC?

      1. Donny_Rover
        • 10 Years
        12 months, 3 days ago

Bruno’s been decent for me but not seen enough from Utd to suggest he’s a longer term hold. It wouldn’t surprise me to see TAA rested.

No FTs and only 5 fit outfield players next week (one of which is Outtara) so to even field 9 players would take an 8 point hit.

What's wrong with Bruno? I'd be taking a hit this week and next to save the WC for GW31 with knowledge of the rearranged fixtures.

    1. Tonyawesome69

I won't be making that decision until closer to 29

I don't think there's right and wrong, but personally I'm very likely to make the switch to Haaland irrespective of what Palmer does this week. It'll be a 3 week punt which includes LEI at home, after which I'll reassess for WC, but by then Saka will have entered the conversation as well, all being well.

I may go early, as I seem to be asset rich, cash poor, but as Tony says, the later you can leave the decision the better.

Best way to fund Haaland next week? Will have 3FT, 1.3 ITB:

    *Pickford - Vadimarsson
    TAA - *Gabriel - *Colwill - *N. Williams - *Bednarek
    Salah - *Palmer - *Mbuemo - Rogers - *Dango
    Isak - *Wood - Cunha

    A: TAA, Isak & Cunha ➡️ Doherty, Haaland & Beto (4-4-2)
    B: Palmer, Rogers & Cunha ➡️ Minteh, Nwaneri & Haaland (5-3-2)
C: Other / get Marmoush instead.

best MID choice, thinking mostly about this weekend? (will probably use FH in GW 29)

Bowen, Neto, someone else? looking to transfer out Rogers; was considering bringing in Mbeumo, but priced out of the move; alternatively, could swap out Mateta (and would have up to 9.8 for someone else), but will probably want him back later, and there aren't a vast number of good choices up front (already have Isak and Watkins)

    advice much appreciated--thanks!
