Hmmm. Stats not looking good for Isak there.

AM Glasner seems like a fail, but not using a transfer on him.

    Raya
    Gvardiol Munoz VVD
    Salah Saka Eze Rogers
    Marmoush Isak Evanilson
    (Sels Williams Murphy Livramento)

    A) Gabriel to VVD
    B) Gabriel to Ait-Nouri, Murphy to KDB (-4)

    Marmoush - Mateta - Watkins

    Bowen, Cresswell, Johnson, Kelleher

A bit concerned. Apparently his sub was just tactical, but its odd none the less and concerning.

As long as no injury, he stays. If injured, then I play Bowen probably.

I’m not sure about KDB minutes with the semi final around the corner. I’d rather take a punt on Eze or Bowen for example?

Are you also confident Watkins will start regularly now? Rashford still a threat?

Eze is tempting. I think he has the form, but the fixtures suck. Certainly don't want triple Palace. I have doubts about including Munoz. He wont cs, but ofc he is a great attacker, so I need to weight that up.

KDB is very punty. I wont lie, there is some nostalgia behind that pick. Watkins is basically essential to make the team more differential from people free hitting etc.

Rogers and Gvardiol ( Livra and Murphy out) for BB next week for a hit? Triple captained Isak this week, gw 34 FH. Raya / Henderson / Digne / Nouri / Munoz / Wan Bissaka / Salah / Saka / Merino / Asensio / Mateta / Isak / Marmoush. Digne concerns me but hopefully he will play if they get knocked out of the UCL. Good luck to everyone 🙂

Don't typically punt on players just back after a long lay off. Tends to go bad far more than it tends to go well. In a team like City too. He was subbed on when the game was already won.

Not sure why so many people planned to FH in 34. It was pretty easy to plan for with no hits.

People are going to triple up on Fulham and Wolves?

2 players max from each of those clubs is all you need. Robinson, Muniz, Larsen, and maybe Ait. Everyone already has triple Newcastle. So I am failing to see the advantage free hitters will have.

      1. Qaiss
        • 10 Years
        11 months, 26 days ago

Because some people will have 11/12 DGW players in GW33, who then all blank in 34

Your logic was the same for GW29

        1. have you seen cyan
          • 6 Years

People made beds to sleep in yes. But all of this was easy to navigate. People planned badly. FH33 was the correct choice IMO. But we shall see. 28 and 29 were also easy to navigate.

99% of content creators were pushing these chip strats, so that's probably why. If you look at elite managers however, you see they didn't plan the same.

FH 33 gets u the same team as most (- the bench boosters/AMers)

fh 34 lets u go big on wolves and fulham, players u really wouldnt want either side

also the teams doubling in 33 have a very good chance of doubling in 36. FH 33 can get u in a situation where u require transfers to get 36 dgwers

            1. have you seen cyan

I get your points, but I simply see it like this:

I FH in 33 to get players from these teams: Man City, Arsenal, Villa, and then a mix of Salah and Palace. All these are good teams who have a double.

You FH in 34 to get triple ups from Wolves and Fulham who have a single game week. Plus, I already have triple Newcastle and Robinson.

This is a massive difference IMO. it may be hindsight talking, but people playing FH34 have also largely failed in the last 2/3 weeks when they should have done well.

yes but people already have players from city arsenal villa palace and salah so they cancel u out

are u going to have double wolve and double fulham in 34?

also i think youre not factoring in the potential dgw in 36 and good fixtures in 35 for city/villa/arsenal

the last bit depends entirely on the player u get. ive had big green arrows last three weeks but 33 could be an issue now without BB so lets see

Yea, what you say is valid. Its too many factors to consider and take in. 36 I have no real plan there.

Performances in the last few weeks have been bad for many people though. I have got away with things big time either with small greens or small reds, when in reality, I should have had massive reds in the last few.

Only got Robinson at the moment from those teams. I will only get one more. Muniz or Cunha. That will do me. Those two are good options for the rest of the season IMO.

    Raya Martinez
    Munox Gvardiol Gabriel Livramento Williams
    Saka Eze Murphy Salah Rashford
    Mateta Marmoush Isak

    A) Gabriel, Livramento, Murphy, Isak to Kiwior, Bradley, KDB, Cunha/Wissa -4
    B) Gabriel, Murphy, Livramento to Bradley, Rogers, Saliba
    C) Gabriel, Isak, Livramento to Bradley, Saliba, Watkins

I am on bench boost and B or C seems the more sensible route but mini league rivals have rogers and saliba so seems a little boring and pointless to go with them. Quite tempted to get KDB as a differential if im honest.

Kind of agree with you. Though probably wouldn't sell Isak, so not C.

Also thinking of KDB as differential, but alongside Saliba and Rogers as the "safe" picks. My heart says could be fun. But I'd need to take a hit for that and my brain says not worth it. Of the three, sensible me would go boring B.

      1. Eightball
        • 5 Years

I don't especially want to lose Isak but it's the only way I can fund KDB. Probably won't work out like all the punts I have taken this season but I need a differential to have a chance of bridging the gap of around 50 points. I do have AM which I will probably use 36-38 so that should help someway to clawing some points back.

Fair point. If you've got the budget and FTs to switch back later if you want/need to, then why not? City have a nice couple of games after GW34 and plenty to fight for. Part of the appeal of KDB.

I've got a 30 point gap to ML leader - and thinking of KDB for same reason. Guess it's time to gamble!

Yup, I have a 60 point gap in my work mini league, all be it I have AM left and he doesn't. I'm trying to pick players I don't think he will go for and KDB seems like the one to me. If the gap was closer I would probably play it a little safer but I think it's worth the gamble. I am also 150k in the world right now and last two seasons I have been in top 5k so not exactly got much to lose. It's already a bit of a poor season from me so might as well roll the dice.

KDB is a nice pick. Its punty, but its worth a go imo.

Have a feeling Salah will spank Leicester.

Of the DGW lot, prefer Saka, but will depend what happens this week whether punt for him over Salah.

Help me decide on my 3FT...

    A) Arteta
    B) Guardiolla

    1) Saka
    2) KDB

    i) Timber
ii) Collins (Good GW36 match for my BB)

Would you FH this team or save for GW36/37?

    Allison
    Konate Cucurella Estupinan
    Salah Palmer Sarr Eze
    Isak Mateta Pedro

    Verbruggen Murphy Murillo Burn

Considering getting KDB instead of Saka and keeping him until the end of the season.

Same. Waiting for the Arsenal game - if they go through not sure Saka starts both DGW games
