Newcastle United host Crystal Palace in the final match of Double Gameweek 32.

Kick-off at St James’ Park is at 19:30 BST.

The hosts are without head coach Eddie Howe, who is recovering from pneumonia. Assistant Manager Jason Tindall is standing in for him in the dugout and names an unchanged line-up.

Harvey Barnes, who is the highest-scoring outfield player of Gameweek 32 so far (15 points), continues on the left, so Anthony Gordon is again a substitute.

Alexander Isak, who has been Triple Captained by 412,981 Fantasy managers, leads the line hoping to add to his current tally of five points.

As for Palace, JeanPhilippe Mateta starts despite Oliver Glasner criticising his performance in the 5-2 defeat at Manchester City.

The Austrian has made two changes from that clash, with Marc Guehi, who missed out on Saturday due to suspension, and Will Hughes coming in for Adam Wharton and Daichi Kamada. They are both on the bench.

LINE-UPS

Newcastle United XI: Pope, Trippier, Schar, Burn, Livramento, Tonali, Guimaraes, Joelinton, Murphy, Barnes, Isak

Subs: Dubravka, Wilson, Gordon, Targett, Krafth, Osula, Willock, Longstaff, Miley

Crystal Palace XI: Henderson, Richards, Lacroix, Guehi, Munoz, Hughes, Lerma, Mitchell, Sarr, Eze, Mateta

Subs: Turner, Nketiah, Franca, Clyne, Kamada, Wharton, Esse, Chilwell, Devenny

    Evening all,

Looking forward to Isak finding the net with TC activated. Speaking of looking forward, I’m already drafting a WC34, but it seems it can do better. Any thoughts?

    Leno
    Schär, Bradley, Robinson, Milenkovic
    Iwobi, Salah, Mbeumo, Murphy
    Isak, Cunha

    Sels, Marmoush, Gvardiol, Rogers

I'm seeing nothing about Fulham that says essential. I'd get Mykolenko in there somewhere, and have Areola over Leno.

thoughts on WC35 instead of GW34?

we dont know any of the DGW outlook before GW34 because the cup games happen at the same time

You’re on the money with WC35, but I blew my FH already with GW29, so I’d need that WC to navigate GW34.

newcastle has Ips in 34 and decent fixtures for the run in, and will have motivation to get a UCL spot, without having to worry about other comps at this stage of the season

34 I get, maybe not so much after. I'd not go for the defense anyway, unless someone performs as a second Hall.

Thanks! Newcastle fighting for UCL spot was indeed the motivation and they seem to be in-form. Might lose Schär then over another, but Arsenal looks to be on a tougher streak an might have 2nd place in the pocket by GW36.

Which would you prefer over the next 2 GWs (no FH34)

    Rogers/Rash (NEW, mci)
    Diaz (lei) + Iwobi (sou)

Iwobi can be any other differential for GW34

Isak looking to end a two-game goal drought. Hasn't gone three Premier League games without a goal since October.

Would you prefer 8 mins of Gordon or 90 mins of Murphy?

Best option from the below with 3FT? Will be using FH in GW34. No longer have BB. Would like to save as many transfers for GW36/37 as possible so unsure if it's worth bringing Kiwior in or just saving that third FT for future gameweeks?

    Raya
    Gvardiol - Munoz - Livra
    Salah - Eze - Sarr - Murphy
    Isak - Marmoush - Evanilson

    GK - Kerkez - Foden - Gabriel

    A) Gabriel, Murphy & Foden > Kiwior, Saka & KDB
    B) Gabriel, Murphy & Foden > Kiwior, Saka & Rogers
    C) Gabriel & Murphy > Kiwior & Saka (save 1FT, play Foden & Livra / Kerkez)
    D) Murphy & Foden > Saka & KDB (save 1FT, play Livra / Kerkez)

Could do with a few more points tonight, on 52 with 5 players to go plus the TC on Isak.

6 players playing including TC Isak but the Newcastle and Palace players are just going to cancel each other out and I'm not sure I can stomach watching Isak running around avoiding all the goals for a third game running. I will be watching the RM Arsenal game I think.

      Not a bad option.

You've got to hope for assists and goals if tripled up against each other.

    Raya
    Saliba - Gvardiol - Munoz
    Salah - Saka - Sarr - Rashford
    Isak - Mateta - Marmoush

    Sels Murphy burn milenkovic
    0.9itb 2ft .
Murphy to rogers and bench isak?
    That gives 10 doublers.
