As part of the continued refresh of the tools we have available for our Chief Scout Members, today we are excited to bring you an updated Fixture Ticker!

This brand-new ticker is everything Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers need to make informed decisions based on the fixtures.

The Fixture Ticker is one of the most heavy traffic parts of the Members Area. As a result, we are always mindful of changing the most loved tools.

However, today we hope to have improved both the look and user experience of the Fixture Ticker, whilst maintaining everything that you previously liked about this feature.

Preset Colours

For some FPL managers, the Scout blue and red colour scheme is something that they love. Don’t worry: it’s still there!

But to make the Fixture Ticker cleaner and easier to read, we have updated it to default to Premier League colours.

Updated Ticker

If you would prefer to see the Fixture Ticker in good old Scout red and blue, you can choose this as an option. If you click Colours and then Colour Preset, you will see a list of four options:

Selecting FFScout OG will return the ticker to our original Scout colours.

For those Members who are colour blind or need a more colour-friendly experience, we have added a Colour Blind Friendly ticker.

Updated Ticker

There is also now the option to set your own colours – if you fancy pink and purple, you absolutely can!

Functionality

We have made the Fixture Ticker more user-friendly. too. It now fits correctly on both mobile and desktop, so you have the best experience regardless of how you choose to access it.

You can still tweak the ratings for each club, add and remove clubs and Gameweeks, move the clubs to different places in the table and sort the table by attack, defence, difficulty and more.

We have also added some more data points to the Fixture Ticker. If you hover over a specific match, you will see the form of the clubs (this will become more useful when the season starts).

And, if you hover over the club names, the ticker will now share the rankings for the clubs both home and away. It will also highlight these ratings in terms of attack, defence and overall.

Updated Fixture Ticker

We hope you enjoy the refurbished ticker – and everything else in our new-look Members Area!

You know a midfield of Salah - Wirtz - Gakpo - Rogers will look great once they’ve updated the kit

Newcastle United make improved bid to RB Leipzig for Benjamin Sesko. New offer worth at least €80m after positive talks between clubs & with 22yo striker. Nothing agreed but #RBLeipzig currently favour #NUFC + no #MUFC proposal yet

As a United fan I’d happily pass on Sesko in this transfer window. How long does a player need to decide if he’ll make the move to one of the biggest clubs in world football (and sorry Newcastle I wasn’t referring to you). With Klopp’s leading role in the Red Bull group do you think he’ll be encouraging the player to join us? Its blatantly obvious that we need a world-class goalkeeper and central midfielder in a window where the abundant mismanagement of the club by the owners has left us with scarce resources. We could move for Sesko in January if he’s still available.

Correct - they do Baps Hunter. But what I’m saying is if finances are as restricted as they appear, surely the money for a Sesko transfer could go towards a Donnarumma and Adam Wharton swoop. There’s no guarantee as it stands of Sesko moving anymore.

Feel like Donnarumma’s just using us for a contract bump (again) and Wharton would cost more than Sesko’s going to.

Makes no sense going all in on him when Watkins is available. We should be breaking the bank for someone like Baleba if anyone.

There are not a susccecful team now, to me that does not make them a big club. lf you are talking about number of foreign fans and the trophy cabinet from many moons ago, sure, "big" club. They are closer to relegation fodder and no credible footballer wants to go there apart for massive wages to add to Man U massive debt. In reality, they are a bit of a joke club now and laughing stock.

Players are young and active online

They can see what's been happening at Man United. It's no secret

The biggest draw to such a work environment is the massive paycheck, which some will rightly consider as their most important factor

Let’s be fair here looking at Newcastle or Manchester United … I’d go for the settled set up with Champions League football. There’s no allure to go to United, no European football, finished just above the relegation spots last year. Amorim will be hugely under pressure from the first kick. Lots of revenue doesn’t hide dysfunction.

The game is rife with cheats who start several teams, then roll with the best one after the early gw’s. That’s why there are so many teams with no previous history.

I reckon those are better 4.5 def options

I'd prefer Salah + KDH to Wirtz + Gakpo myself. Liverpool getting a bit like City now with so many options, not knowing who'll get the points, and constant rotation risk.

Gusto could be great if he gets the starts.

          Good team.

Arsenal fairly fixtureproof. Rice scored twice against Real Madrid and the fixture list ain't gonna throw up anyone better than them.

Over reliance on fixtures is a common trap at the start of the season.

I've been keeping an eye on Arsenal's formation in preseason. In the previous game, it looked Odegaard was the one that benefited the most from Zubemendi. Rice still barely got forward. I'm really hoping to see different in the last two friendlies, as I think rice

*Rice could become a very decent option if he does

    Palmer Saka Gakpo Malen H.Wilson
    Haaland Bowen* J.Pedro*

Decent otherwise. I have some doubts about Pedro, Gakpo and any Spurs players.

have only one Spurs player and he's a rotation piece. Would drop him if I move my BB to 2 (Dubravka, Arias, Dorgu, etc.)

    For bb gw1:
    A) van dijk and rogers
    B) leeds defender (probably bogle) and wirtz

a Leeds defenders in this league a bad idea and wirtz very good but has to adapt to prem first

It’s a hip flexor, and that’s a bit of a concern if I’m honest, because I am not sure if I have him available for our game against AC Milan. I hope to have him available for our last week of pre-season because he’s an important player for us.” – Daniel Farke on Jayden Bogle, via Leeds LIve

Even if fit by GW1 (would you risk it for a BB?) I’d still back Roger’s to at least keep par with Wirtz with Villas early draw…and VVD is one or two levels above a fit Bogle

What do you mean with “early draw”? Favorable fixtures?

I am just interested in gw1 for bench boost, not beyond.

Would you still choose vvd and rogers?
