Manchester City kick off their ‘double’ in Gameweek 33 this Sunday afternoon, facing Arsenal at home.

The title showdown at the Etihad gets underway at 16:30 BST.

TEAM NEWS

Pep Guardiola names the same side that beat Chelsea in Gameweek 32.

It means Nico O’Reilly is fit to start.

Further forward, Antoine Semenyo and Jeremy Doku flank Erling Haaland, with Rayan Cherki in behind.

Elsewhere, there is a return to the matchday squad for John Stones.

As for Arsenal, Mikel Arteta has made two alterations from Europe: Martin Odegaard and Kai Havertz in for Gabriel Martinelli and Viktor Gyokeres, who drop to the bench.

It looks like Eberechi Eze will start off the left as a result of those changes.

City's high line seems so incredibly exploitable. If Arsenal utilised their pacier players and had a more risk taking approach of going for more low percentage through balls they could cause a ton of problems.

Inferior complex renders them useless in these situations.

Gab should have been off. Cowardly refereeing from Taylor to give both a yellow.

If this was the other way around Gabriel would be rolling on the ground trying to get Haaland sent off.

Not selling Gab for the double game week was a disaster. Was easily worth a -4...

Well, I predicted 3-0 to City, and it could have been. Arsenal relied on an error from the goalie. At least we created a chance in open play (Eze hitting post), which is something we've barely done in the league since February.

City will pound in Burnley now and they'll stay on top till the end. Where are those 115 fines??

    1. The Bandit

      Fines wouldn’t bother them

You could argue that Arsenal have slightly the better fixtures
      But City have the momentum
Should be great for FPL & neutrals
It's not just about winning the remaining games but building up a big goal difference .

Semenyo doesn’t seem like an exciting pick at all anymore. That early impact he had when he joined City fading quickly.

    1. Bobby Digital

He could be on a goal had he controlled that troughball earlier

I think the Merino injury has hurt us massively and we should have beaten City at hone. If you can't beat your competition, you ain't winning. The crazy thing is that this is City team are still finding their feet. Imagine what they're going to be like next season.

      They're in trouble without Rodri
