Three more Gameweek 35 matches take place this Sunday, with Aston Villa v Tottenham Hotspur following on from two afternoon kick-offs.

TEAM NEWS

Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola brings in Tyler Adams and Rayan.

Ryan Christie and David Brooks drop to the bench.

Palace, with one eye on the second leg of their UEFA Conference League semi-final against Shakhtar Donetsk on Thursday, make five changes.

Chris Richards, Tyrick Mitchell, Adam Wharton, Ismaila Sarr and Jean-Philippe Mateta are demoted to substitute duty.

Chadi Riad, Justin Devenny, Jefferson Lerma, Brennan Johnson and Jorgen Strand Larsen come in.

At Old Trafford, the Manchester United team news is straightforward: Matheus Cunha in for the benched Amad Diallo.

Liverpool’s two alterations are enforced, with Ryan Gravenberch and Jeremie Frimpong replacing the injured Mohamed Salah and Alexander Isak.

Alisson Becker has failed to recover, so Freddie Woodman continues between the posts.

Wirtz...I'm sorry, but I just don'r rate him. He totally reminds me of Denilson who played for Arsenal many years ago. Wonderfully technically gifted player, easy on the eye, but rarely did anything of note and barely affected games.

              Indeed

TV money just fuelled transfer and wage inflation

You need £25m minimum to compete at the bottom of the Championship these days.

Or 4 X that for some.

yeah innit. the same as Isak. Like, I'd love Isak at Arsenal for £20-30m MAX, knowing he's injured all the time but use him as a squad player and someone who you can manage their injury record by using him as an impact sub.

Isak is so injury prone he should just be a bench player. He'd probably, paradoxically, play more minutes as his body will be rested and managed better.

Don’t think so. I think Carrick wanted to be more ‘solid’ with Amad on instead who presses and tracks back really well.

I don't think the new board will overpay for Anderson, they want to move past doing that. I've heard Tchouameni might be available at a cheaper price. It sounds farcical but some good sources have said he feels unappreciated by the Madrid fans and that Madrid want to replace him with Rodri. Baleba could be an option too, but maybe as an Ugarte replacement rather than a Casemiro one...

Saw pretty much everyone is put off by his price, but watch City sign him for like £60m. I’d be fine with 2 out of the name we’re linked with (Camavinga, Tonali, Bruno G, Tchouameni, Wharton, Baleba) but I really think we need 3 assuming Ugarte’s leaving.

Interesting. Yeah either Tchouameni or Baleba would be very god replacements. I'd take both at Arsenal to offer realistic competition to Zubimendi who has suffered since January.

Bruno's a disgrace. Crying and railing at the referee for minutes for a non existent foul. On a yellow already. He deserved at least two red cards. But the refs get what they deserve because they don't do anything about it.
