NOTES
- I’m fairly happy with my squad at the moment. As such, I only have three transfers planned at the time of writing, with the other two reserved for punts based on line-ups from the early slate.
- Two of my transfers in will be Manu Duah and Anders Dreyer. San Diego have a favourable home matchup against San Jose this week, followed by another promising home fixture against Philadelphia in Round 25.
- Joaquín Pereyra is my final planned transfer. The Minnesota playmaker has delivered three double-digit hauls in the past five rounds. He now faces FC Dallas, who have kept just one league clean sheet since the World Cup and conceded 18 goals during that period.

NOTES
- I’ve decided to postpone the Wildcard for another week or two, as we have two blanks this round. Seattle Sounders and Sporting Kansas City don’t have a fixture, but both have doubles pending, so I’m happy to wait.
- There are no changes in goal. Brian Schwake of Nashville has a good matchup against Toronto, while Yohei Takaoka of Vancouver keeps his place.
- In defence, I’ve moved on Nico Cavello of New York City FC and Mamadou Fofana of New England Revolution. The latter didn’t start at the weekend. Anthony Markanich of Minnesota comes in alongside Neil Pierre of Philadelphia. Mathías Laborda, Maxwell Woledzi and Ryan Porteous complete the backline.
- The only midfield change sees Agustín Ojeda make way for Joaquín Pereyra of Minnesota. Evander had his FC Cincinnati game called off late at the weekend, while Nick Fernandez, Thomas Müller and Hany Mukhtar retain their places.
- Up front, Dejan Jovelic loses his spot because Seattle blank this week. Denis Bouanga comes in, joining Peter Musa and Lionel Messi in attack. Captaincy will be on Messi.

- My goalkeepers remain unchanged this round. In defence, I’m targeting a Nashville defender. I’m also considering a Houston option, with their defence conceding just once in the last eight matches ahead of a favourable meeting with Real Salt Lake.
- In midfield, Hany Mukhtar could come in, alongside a punt on Achouri. Up front, Denis Bouanga comes in for a great fixture against New York Red Bulls. He also provides a useful late fallback. There are plenty of good options this week, so it feels difficult to go too far wrong.

NOTES
- A poor Matchday has pushed me down to 11th, but I’m hoping to bounce back this week.
- My transfers in are likely to be Anthony Markanich, Pep Biel, Guilherme, Joaquín Pereyra and Idan Toklomati. This allows me to double up on teams facing Montréal and Dallas, which I consider two of the better fixtures this round.
- My likely transfers out are Mathías Laborda, Milan Iloski, Rodrigo De Paul, Joaquin Valiente and Petar Musa. This is mainly because I’m not 100% confident they’ll start this week or I simply don’t like their fixtures.
