After a bumper international break, five-time top 1k finisher Tom Freeman is here to help with your pre-deadline dilemmas for the next hour.

Whether it’s questions on specific players, captaincy, chip strategy or anything in between, Scout’s Deputy Editor will tackle whatever’s thrown at him.

He’ll be on hand to first reply to requests from Chief Scout Members in the Hot Topic below the line of this piece.

If there’s time, Tom will also turn his attention to other requests in the comments section.

        It’s a toughie, Isak and Gakpo out will slightly weaken that Pool squad but I still think it’ll be evenly matched given City’s issues and the atmosphere they’ll receive perhaps
        Palmer is also strongly in my thinking

    Feels flexible for now but theres 0 in the bank. Tarky or hall? MDCuyper one to keep an eye on but I have funds tied up so don’t want to sell and regret - why would Brighton change a winning team too much?

    Am I wrong for being tempted by BrunoF on Wildcard? Not seeing much love for him in other wildcard drafts. Some sacrifices have to be made to the bench but I also feel any draft I make without him leads to too much money spread around and benching headaches/potentially benched points

      Spurs are dreadful so he could haul easily. Issue is Carrick has been messing up the system from last season so the team as a whole are a mess on the field. But also, Bruno has tradition of doing badly at the start of the season.

        Whilst I dont necessarily disagree, i'm not convinced by saka or palmer as alternative premium mids. For this reason i might keep bruno even though im on my WC

      Thanks guys. I have had some suggestions to downgrade him on my drafts with him included as I had 2/3 4.0/4.5 (13.2 split between 3) defenders included. This was also before the Pedro news so I had no Pedro in the draft either. I'm starting to have doubts now as could include Pedro and a stronger defence without Bruno but I still end up with a lot of funds left over when doing that!
