This week's episode of the FFS podcast features some classic match-ups - Nani vs Young, Narni vs Nanny, Tomayto vs Tomahto, Sessegnon v Row Z, Common Sense vs Mark. All battles are resolved, with the regular stalwarts of the ScoutCast thrown in, culminating with Mark's desperate defence of his seemingly unshakable faith in Victor Moses. Also, look out for a mention of my Champions League placing - England's number one for 24 hours no less.

Swansea made history last week, as Scott Sinclair blasted from the spot a goal that marked the first scored in the Premier League outside of England. It’s also befitting that his conversion brought our first win in the Fantasy Flutter.

While the title alludes to a debate on the merits of Kevin Campbell and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, it is instead a new podcast spilling with words on the Fantasy Football craze that’s taken the nation by storm – buy cheap at the back, buy big up front. It’s working, in fact it’s working rather too well. Can it continue? Mark and I lay the subject down, cut it open and sift through the giblets to offer our post mortem. Messy stuff.

Having been stalled by the international break and a glamorous trip back to Manchester, I take my seat alongside Mark in the studio once again, desperately wrestling for air time against the prolific gabber spewed from the ScoutCast host. Mark tries to be on his best behaviour in this episode, knuckles wrapped by a frustrated listener deprived of my pearls of wisdom by his constant interruptions, you can sense the intense effort as Mark holds his silence.

As if out of sympathy for the Fantasy Premier League, or podcast recording software crashed at the death this week. Finished. Kaput. Panic ensued – hands on head there were cries of “I can’t go through that again” from host Mark as I desperately attempted to recover our lost words. Luckily, temporary files restored, our fifty fourth episode was rescued and rebuilt like Ledley King's knee. Hopefully it won't collapse again next week - like Ledley King's knee.
