Our Friday lunchtime analysis of the PlayON Player Price List arrives once again. As always, we offer a couple of picks per position: one essential weekend target and a left-field alternative for your consideration.

PlayON are now running a number of different deadlines so Fantasy managers can benefit from seeing as many teamsheets as possible. Managers can pick teams for all the 15.00 & 17.30 kick-offs up to 15.00 tomorrow. Their Daily game on Sunday, which includes two matches, has a deadline of 13.30.

There’s free entry tournaments and guaranteed pots in all games so plenty for Fantasy managers to take advantage of – you can pick up to three different teams for each game now at www.PlayON.co

Goalkeepers – Boaz Myhill
The West Brom stopper was by far the most profitable pick between the sticks last week – a huge score of 3270 points was over 1000 more than any other goalkeeper. Myhill made nine saves in the resilient 1-0 win at Old Trafford, indicating he offers great value at only 5.7m, with an ownership of 8%. Facing a Newcastle side that are sinking towards the drop zone, the Welshman looks a strong shout to keep a fourth straight clean sheet. Coming in at just 7.1m, Tim Howard offers the cheapest route into the Everton defence as struggling Sunderland roll up to Goodison. The Toffees are seeking a fifth successive shut-out in front of their own fans, though with the Black Cats desperate to boost their chances of beating the drop, save points at the very least look on the cards for the 12%-owned US international.

Defenders – James Chester
In spite of Monday’s home loss to in-form Arsenal, Hull’s defence have impressed of late, notching back-to-back clean sheets against Liverpool and Crystal Palace prior to the Gunners showdown. With a home clash against goal-shy Burnley up next, Chester is our pick from the Tigers back-line – at 6.5m, the 11%-owned centre-half is slightly more than fellow defender Paul McShane (6,3m) but has made more interceptions and clearances in the last three and even created three chances. Currently selected by 20% of PlayON managers, Hector Bellerin is our essential defender. The Spaniard has started each of the last four matches for Arsenal and appears to have secured the right-back berth over Callum Chambers for the run-in. Arsene Wenger’s side have conceded just two goals in their last seven home matches and, at a price of just 6.5m, Bellerin looks excellent value as Swansea visit the Emirates on Monday evening.

Midfielders – Jack Cork
Thanks to the PlayON Scoring Matrix, the Swansea midfielder should pick up plenty of interception and tackle points as the Swans attempt to hold back Arsenal at the Emirates. Priced at just 6.2m, the 11%-owned Cork even scored his third of the season in the Swans’ last away match and looks a great enabler to free up funds in attack, with expensive big hitters Sergio Aguero, Alexis Sanchez and Christian Benteke all vying for our attention. David Silva (13.4m) needs little explanation as our essential midfielder. Up against QPR at the Etihad, the Spaniard –who is owned by 33% of PlayON managers – served up an eighth assist of the campaign in the win over Spurs and is in his best goal scoring form since joining City, with 11 strikes to his name already.

Forwards – Leonardo Ulloa
Although Jamie Vardy has been the popular Leicester pick in recent weeks, Ulloa’s return to form saw him produce a brace (and four shots on target) against Newcastle last weekend. Leicester have remarkably won five of six matches, whilst visitors Southampton have picked up a single point in five on the road, with their backline conceding twice in each of their last three. Given that eight of Ulloa’s ten goals have arrived at the King Power, the 8.3m striker could be a real differential with a mere 1% ownership. With David Silva in midfielder, we’re overlooking Sergio Aguero for City’s clash with QPR and turn to Alexis Sanchez as our essential striker. With doubts over Aaron Ramsey’s fitness, Mesut Ozil’s inconsistency and Olivier Giroud’s form dropping off, we feel the Chilean is a must in PlayON teams this week. A brace against Hull on Monday night bought his tally to 16 for the season, including a strike against upcoming opponents Swansea back in Gameweek 11. In spite of a lofty 14.7m price tag, Sanchez is the third most popular forward in PlayON at present and resides in 23% of teams.

Head over to www.PlayON.co to get your teams in for the free entry and guaranteed pot games.

          My moves were gonna be

          Cesc + Skrtel + Sterling -> Alexis + Morgan/Wasi + Ozil/Silva

Well, long term will Morgan outscore Skrtel? I think not.

Is Cazorla gonna outscore Henderson by 4 this week? I don't think so.

A hit would be interesting if you were bringing in current big guns such as Benteke or Alexis not Caz

Anyone actually confident United will win this week, with the injuries they still have?

Palace beaten all of Spurs, City and Pool @ home this year.

They might not have much to play for, but it could go in their favour and all the pressure is undoubtedly on united.

We've lost our last 3, really hoping it doesn't turn into 4 in a row, but that doesn't answer your question.

Then again, Palace have lost their last 3 too. Not confident, but I think we have a good chance. We'll win it, imo(But that's what I'm usually thinking with United 😆 )

Worth ditching Courtois for Adrian to get Kolarov and Cazorla for Coutinho + Moreno?

Have Terry. Just ditching Terry--->Kolarov and then Cout-->Caz could work, but Terry looks set to play the full season, whilst Courtois does not.

    Cheers 🙂

Afternoon chaps! Any ideas what I should do here?

    Guzan / Davis
    Bellerin / Vlaar / Terry / Bertrand / Skrtel
    Hazard / Silva / Hendo / Sterling / Phillips
    Aguero / Kane / Murray
    2.5 ITB, 2FT

I'm thinking Sterling > Albrighton for the money (leaves me with 6.8ITB) but then what?

    a) Murray > Benteke (Kane -> Giroud for the DGW)
    b) Murray > Giroud
    c) Hendo > Sanchez
    d) a) or b) and Hendo > Ozil / Ramsey / Cazorla (-4)
    e) other?

    B) Terry to Kosc, and Sterling to Ramsey next GW [if he is fit]
