Welcome to the final Scout Picks Community Champion vote of the season. Here’s a reminder of how this works. As part of our revamped Scout Picks, Mark, myself, Paul and a community champion picked by you each week are up against each other. All four teams are then used to decide our final weekly Scout Picks.

We are now looking for Gameweek 38’s Scout Picks Community Champion to represent you and get one over on The Scouts as well as be in with a chance of winning a special prize. The champion who manages the best Gameweek score (or best score from the first ten matches in a double Gameweek) will win a £100 Amazon voucher. The score to beat is 77 pts, which was achieved by KoL in Gameweek 36.

To put yourself forward simply add in your Gameweek 38 Scout Picks. For everyone else please upvote the poster you would like to represent you based on their picks.

We only need 11 picks and please be mindful of the 84m budget. There’s no captain in the picks either and please stick to a designated FPL formation, including no more than three players from one team.

I’ll leave this vote open until 10am tomorrow (Wednesday) when I will announce the winner, who will be asked to submit their final XI plus 200-word explanation to me by 5pm Thursday.

Any attempts to disrupt the voting process may lead to the team involved being removed at our discretion. Also the comment section below is for those who want to present their teams and vote. If you have any suggestions on how the Scout Picks can be improved further next year please email me at jonty@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk rather than leave a comment below.

Just wanted to add congrats to S Kuqi...he humiliated two of the scouts this week thank in part to his audacious selection of Mane (he humilated me a little bit but not as much as the other two 😉 ).

    Just added up the scores for Gwk 37. S Kuqi - 54, me - 45, Mark - 25, Paul 24.

Have tried this quite a few times over the season, to no avail. Here's one last effort, before the format likely bites the dust.

      - Leicester are the league's in form defence, and will be motivated to continue this in front of their celebratory home crowd.
      - I think Chelsea could run up a huge score against Sunderland - Mourinho will play his strongest team, demanding a response from his players. Out to prove he's more than just a thug, a fit Diego Costa is a very dangerous thing.
      - Newcastle need to pull out all the stops and get a result against a coasting Hammers side - Janmaat is their highest scoring player this season for good reason.
      - Arsene Wenger is not a man for rotation, and will want to go into the Cup final with his side in a confident mood - last nights fixture proved Pulis' Baggies are not a side who can be taken lightly, but I expect Arsenal to roll them over at the Emirates.
      - Silva and Benteke are in excellent form, something I know only too well having had neither in my team. They will look to cap off excellent second halves of the season in style, with prime home fixtures.
      - Bolasie is a punt, if you like. Palace are an unpredictable side, but there's no doubt over who has been their star player.

    Ospina (WBA h)

    Morgan (QPR h) - Terry (Sunderland h) - Vlaar (Burnley h)

    Hazard (Sunderland h) - Young (Hull a) - Toure (Southampton h) - Bolasie (Swansea h)

    Lukaku (Spurs h) - Gomis (Palace a) - Ulloa (QPR h)

At the back I went the "safe" route and went Arsenal GK, Leicester def. Both look good for clean sheets even with WBA's recent form.

I'd back Chelsea to bounce back and keep a clean sheet against a probably safe Sunderland. Lastly we have Villa with a nice fixture against Burnley.

In midfield I've stuck with my main man Hazard despite recent performances hoping he wants to pick up the trophy after a convincing win in which he's the man at the heart of is.

I've wanted Bolasie in my team for some time but it's never been right. Was impressed against Liverpool and think he could score well this week. Silva has been in decent form again recently but I'm going to plump for the big man Yaya Toure this week against a Southampton side who have stopped keeping clean sheets. To complete the midfield we have Ashley Young. I was at Old Trafford on Sunday and was again impressed with his performance. Feel he could be really in the points this weekend.

Up front Lukaku has been in good form with impressive stats. Even with a clean sheet against Hull I don't see Spurs maintaining this and can see a brace for Lukaku. To partner him we have Gomis and Ulloa.

I see Leicester finishing on a high and it was a close call between him and Perez/Cisse. I want Ulloa in my own team and am happy to back him here. Watching the City game I was impressed with how Gomis play. Really think there could be plenty of goals in this game and so have backed him to put even more chances away this week.

    Valdes
    Janmaat Terry Morgan
    Bolasie Fellaini Sigurdsson Sanchez
    Aguero Costa Benteke

I've started with a pair of United players, Valdes is a good value option at 4.9 and with De Gea probably out. I'm also backing Fellaini to be in among the goals in what will be Hulls goodbye to the premier league. Janmaat makes the defense for crossing potential to keep Newcastle a drift of danger and I round my back three out with 2 CB's that will want to see their seasons last home game go off without a hitch.

In Midfield I've backed Crystal Palace and Swansea to produce a goal or two, I favour Bolasie over Puncheon and obviously without Ki, Sigurdsson is the Swansea man of choice. The ever explosive Sanchez rounds out the midfield and though West Brom are a defensively sound team I feel the Chilean is an ever present fixture of Arsenals attacking threat.

My strike force includes Aguero as City coverage, Benteke for his great form and Costa, because this is GW 38 people, it's at the bridge and when he is fit, he is a handful.

i believe it is only appropriate that i should be given the final GW management role as I am only person capable of making up the gap that everyone else has lost on the others.

schmeichel- in form team, loads of CS, playing against terrible team
schlupp- double up on leicester is only way to go, schlupp has attacking potential also.
cahill- even though chelsea have switched off, cahill recently has been involved in the set pieces with flick ons.
jags- in form everton team, jags against poor defence at set pieces.
janmaat- newcastle need a result, will get at least one assist.
kolarov- cant have final game week without him.
ozil- reckon he is least likely to get rested if any do, still involved in loads up front, wil score if ramsey just fooks off.
mata- will get pen, will score fact.
mahrez- will score again v crap defence.
lukaku- will also bully the poor defence, goal and assist at least.
aguero- why you wouldnt pick in form forward playing for top team i have no idea.

there you go , well under budget, going to get at least 80 points. vouchers will be perfect for fathers day then my dad can buy some dodgy books from amazon.

One last effort...gonna go for some players on form/back from injury or with limited game time this season who have something to prove in the last game of the season...

    Ospina (WBA) 5.0
Coleman (TOT) 6.8 Morgan (QPR) 4.6 Shawcross (LIV) 5.3
Silva (SOT) 9.6 Walcott (ARS) 8.2 Albrighton (QPR) 4.3 Adam (5.4) LIV
Aguero (SOT) 12.8 Lukaku (TOT) 8.7 Gomis (CPL) 6.5

Ospina - Arsenal solid at home (2 conceded in last 5) and won't be going through the motions vs. WBA as Chelsea were Monday night.

Coleman - Everton look more solid, Coleman always a threat going forward, may have more free rein in final game of season against soft centred Spurs.

Morgan - 5 cleanies in 6 for Leicester against deflated QPR, Morgan a threat from set-pieces too.

Shawcross - Liverpool look toothless going forward, Stoke ended the season solidly plus this man can always op up with a goal

Silva - league's form man, ending the season in style

Walcott - should get a start as Arsene rest's his Cup XI, a threat as a sub against Man U, pleanty to prove going into summer

Albrighton - Assist machine since regaining his place during Foxes miracle run, will relish playing weak QPR backline

Adam - finishing the season with aplomb, will relish facing ex club Liverpool and desperate to get on score sheet again

Aguero - The league's top scorer, bang in form will be looking to terrorise Saints backline given a free ride vs. Villa last week

Lukaku - looks back to his menacing best after a so-so season, will be looking to beast the Spurs fragile backline and finish the season in style, on pennos now too

Gomis - back from injury and finally getting to grips with the Premier League, Palace always concede and Gomis is my punt to score at least one

Gettin' punty with it for the final week lottery. If you had a wildcard, wouldn't you do something close to this if you added on that you can only pick one player from each team?

    Howard (TOT)

Kolarov (SOT) Cresswell (new) Trippier (avl)

Puncheon (SWA) Siggurdson (cpl) Walcott (WBA) Young (hull)

Austin (lei) Cisse (WHAM) Diouf (LIV)

    Team cost 74.0

GW38 is about two things: Punts and Romelu Lukaku.

    Adrian (new)

Coleman (TOT) - Terry (SUN) - Kolarov (SOT)

Young (hul) - Mahrez (QPR) - Bolasie (SWA) - Delph (BUR)

Lukaku (TOT) - Aguero (SOT) - N'Doye (MUN)

I can see Big Sam delighting in the chance to take Newcastle down - on top of which, Adrian is becoming a penalty specialist.

In defence, Coleman will raid forward against a toothless Spurs side and Terry has said he still wants to score more goals this year to beat his best. Kolarov completes the back line - don't see many cleanies on the final day so I want attacking potential, and a cheap midfield will fund it.

Midfield is as cheap as they come. Young & Mahrez have burnt me before but I'm like a moth to a flame. Bolasie is just the kind of player to get a GW38 hattrick (hello Somen T'choyi). And though Sherwood may rest some players, I expect Delph will get a game and lead them to a strong final home game.

Up front alongside Mr. GW38 and the league's form striker, I've gone for Dame N'Doye - Hull are fighting to stay in the league and I find it hard to see United keeping them out.

    Courtois
    Vlaar Janmaat Pieters
    Hazard Fellaini Chadli Fer
    Lukaku Benteke RVP

These are the Low Countries Scout Picks for the week, a thematic approach I have been using in the weekly challenges hosted here on Fridays.

Inspired by the irresistible form of the two Belgian forwards, a strong base of Dutch defenders is selected due to favorable fixtures (Vlaar and Pieters) or circumstances that might dictate a necessity to park the bus (Janmaat), while the attack still retains a Belgian core of solid form or favorable conditions against teams with little to play for. And love him or hate him, RVP still has decent stats and might even get a chance to start if Rooney is not recovered.

    My Community Scoutpick team is about form and farewells;

    Cech (SUN)
Huth (QPR) Vlaar (BUR) Terry (SUN)
Young (hul) Sigurdsson (cpl) Yaya Toure (SOU) Hazard (SUN)
Lukaku (TOT) Berahino (ars) Aguero (SOU)

    (81.8m)

Starting with Cech, who's been a loyal servant to Chelsea, will be desperate to get his Stamford Bridge farewell and I back him to remind Mourinho what's he's missing against Sunderland.

Huth, currently on loan, has been a revelation for Leicester and will surely be acquired over the summer. As it stands this could be his last game for Leicester though, so I'm backing him to put in a big performance against relegated QPR.
Vlaar is another one who's rumoured to be moving onto better things this summer, and will be keen to blow away the cobwebs of that Southampton mauling in time for the FA Cup.
Terry is a guaranteed starter in GW38, (which is something of a rarity) and has the form (WBA-Blip aside) to do some damage against a Sunderland side who are joint 6th for Set Piece Chances Conceded.

Young has become a revelation under Van Gaal, and with 3 assists in 2 games, I'm backing him to gain attacking returns on the break against a Hull side who will be desperate to get something out of their fixture
Sigurdsson is a contender for signing of the season, as I'm backing him to get something at a Palace side without a clean sheet since Feb 7th.
Southampton, another team without an (away) clean sheet since Feb 7th travel to a revved up Man City, and I can see Yaya Toure saying farewell to the Etihad by continuing the form of his brace at Swansea
Eden Hazard's form has left a lot to be desired, but as another guaranteed starter in GW38 his prospects are too exciting to ignore. As long as he's still 90 minutes from the beach.

Lukaku's recent stats are very impressive, and those who remember Sir Alex's last game in charge will remember what he can achieve on the last day of the season. Perhaps another hattrick against a defensively woeful Spurs side is on the cards? The stats certainly point to a return.
Berahino is a bit of an enabler at such a low price, but he's also another one who's rumoured to be earning a big money deal at another club, and facing a club without a clean sheet in 3 (which could be 4 if Sunderland can produce some heroics), I fancy him to build on his Chelsea brace and bag a swift London double scalp.
Finally, Aguero. The league's form striker. Winning the Golden Boot by five goals. I'm expecting his lead to be a lot higher by the end of GW38.
