It’s Jonty’s time to curry sympathy this week and he’s on the receiving end of a barrage of cyber-bullying from co-host Granville.

Determined to the belittle Jonty’s Wildcard performance following Callum Wilson’s hat-trick, Granville takes to Twitter before roasting him live on air on the ScoutCast. He seems to have totally missed the fact that I too sold on Wilson as part of my own Wildcard; I’m quite happy for Jonty to play Patsy on this one.

Jonty rolls with the virtual punches to join us as we look back on the Gameweek that saw all three of us refresh our squads. We score our Wildcards out of ten, before scanning the community for Gameweek tales in “Rough with the Smooth”.

We then take on your questions, as we assess Pedro’s pedigree, the lure of Aleks Kolarov and the merits of a well-rounded squad in the light of the FPL chips.

                I've been a member for, let's see - 6 years? I definitely think it's worth the 12.5 quid, or whatever it is nowadays. If nothing else, to support the site. But I do like the data.

    Are you guys really providing your FPL log-in details to that FFFix website? I am too paranoid to do that. I'd rather miss a price rise or two and use the websites that don't require this kind of stuff.

      I have--what do you think could go wrong? I have done it since halfway through last season and had no ill-effects. I have received about 6 emails during that time and just deleted them. Understand your reticence entirely, but I can say that it is pretty harmless.

          Yes, but not indispensible. They have a nice live matchday feature, and the price rise info is as good as anywhere else. You can live wthout it, but it's a nice thing to have.

      You don't have to give FPL password if you don't want to. Can just give FPL ID instead and a bew password for FFF

      I also don't think they can even access the info... But then again I'm not sure what they do with it. Generally the password and info would be encrypted on their database tables

    Huth and Francis play each other and I very much doubt this will be a 0-0, potentially a few goals. Sunderland defence awful but O'shea back in the team and play Villa who arent exactly full of goals so not sure !

      I had unwavering faith in Kane. Shockingly, I keep him on my WC last week because I 'knew' he would come good. I was stubborn about it. Then I watched the Leicester game - he looks SERIOUSLY off the pace. I don't know if he's tired from the summer, I don't know if he has second season syndrome, but he does not look like scoring. I sold him right away for Christian B. At this stage, he is a 9.5m hole in your team. I'd sell him right away.

      As to Rooney, why not wait one more week to see if his mid-week hatrick will translate into some league form?

      YYT, he's the one big City player out of the 4 to choose from that I don't own. Benteke at 40% total ownership, but I'm not sure what that translates into in the subset of serious players.

      Can you just "curry" anything, or must you "curry favour"? I think you can't just, for example, "curry ambivalence", or "curry a desire to give one a toffee apple". I think you either "curry favour" or you don't "curry", you do something else. Thoughts?

      u could downgrade Haz to Pedro then upgrade Butland to Courtois so u could have a Che defense. i know theyre leaking goals right now but soon they'll come good

            My real team has Azpi. Done well so far. I'm keeping. Through the season CHE will top score every other team in defence no doubt.
