The strange summer of October has dawned on us this Saturday morning and, with about an hour to go until Fantasy Premier League locks the doors ahead of gameweek seven, the regularly scheduled programming of the opening of the Saturday Surgery is nigh.

As clocks count down until Fantasy Managers are left but to the fickle fate of twenty rogue squads of Football Players we’re left to deliberate over those last gasp decisions…

Hopefully a week’s worth of Fantasy Football Scout material can help those in a deadline pushing quandary. The “Scout Committee” have put forward a new set of Scout Picks while our members can read in great detail as to why Gareth Bale got the call to arms.

The Weekend Team News is in (Wayne Rooney is fit) and our community have been scrabbling for days to try and decide on who to hand their weekly armband to.

Still in a fluster? Then the Saturday Surgery remains here to let you all duke this one out with fellow Fantasy Managers.

    #Breaking News:

"A major blow has been dealt to Arsenal ahead of their north London derby clash with Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow. The Gunners will be without Robin Van Persie, who, early this morning while out running was attacked by a swan. The swan is said to have blown fierce gusts at the Dutch striker and it was enough to render him unfit for what is sure to be a hotly contested match-up. Theo Walcott will now assume the central striking roll and his right wing position is set to be taken up by Andrey Arshavin."

Jarvis played on the left all last season when i had him.

And away at Blackburn when he got an assist .........and at home to Fulham when he scored.

Came in off the LEFT wing to took home R Johnsons shot.

He spends less than 10% of his time on the right on the odd occasion Mick makes them swap.

Sergio Aguero has started every game since his debut.
Scores have been 15, 2, 6, 17, 13 and 6 in his first 6 games of the premier league.
          Have fun without him....

And how many weeks have you had him? Thought you only just brought him in this week after knee-jerking Rooney out?

They seem the least likely to be rotated now especially with Tevez being such a c*nt.

if every week after selecting my team i knew exactly who's gonna score and who's gonna start then i wouldnt have played this game for the last 5 years.
aguero and silva have probably 50% of my total score between them, have them since day one (aguero after his second game as i was clearing funds for him and ddnt want to take a hit)

Toughest captain pick of the season....and vice too!

So far on Rooney with Mata VC.

Would a better captain be Agbonlahor, Mata, Silva or Suarez?

        Tempted by Agbonlahor....

        Best captain choice from:

        RVP, adebayor, silva, mata, surez?

Silva most consistent and highest owned. Betfair to score is 3.53 though

Betfair lowest odds to score of these is ade at 2.2. RVP next at 2.3

I'd say RVP or Mata personally. Suarez will have a tough time I reckon, but I'm biased of course

Adebayor, i would say Suarez but i never captain anyone who plays in the opening fixture.

Simpson's a good shout. But if you've got Dyer and Sinclair when are you going to double up if not at home to Stoke?

          Shawcross or Simpson?

          Cabaye or Jarvis?

and captain Rooney, Suarez or Adebayor?

is Rooney likely to start though? if not i run the risk of the dreaded 15 minute cameo at the end. at least wit Suarez and Adebayor they're bot certain to start
