      Unsure about janmatt. They played well in the first half but cannot handle aguero in the 2nd..worth a punt but would at least wait a game to see whether newcastle gets over the thrashing

      Not sure (a) is worth a hit. I'm in the same boat.

      The transfer may prove useful after the international break and Yaya might just do well against Bournemouth anyway.

      Definitely moving Yaya to Silva/KDB soon though, and holding one more week gives a larger sample size to assess it.

      I'm in trouble next gw myself..defence in tatters - Evans, Gomez.Prodl(ARS), Francis(mci), also Pedro and Mahrez in mids with Anya as fifth mid meaning AOA isn't really possible.

    Those cheaper mids aren't looking so enticing anymore - Ayew, Redmond, Sako, Mahrez, Shaqiri.

    In fact Mané is the cheapest mid (7.8) that has my attention. Tables turned quickly.

          I think there is a good chance but its far from a guarantee. Walsh who is a Palace fan thinks Delaney will probably go straight back into the starting lineup. Palace has been good defensively with Hangeland though

    Wanyama is the best 5th mid for a 343 right?

    he's taken 9 shots, created 2 chances..and plays 90 minutes every game (cept that one rest/knock) and could also get the occasional CS point..all for 4.3m to come on only in very weird scenarios where someone is missing from my XI

          No but I've needed a sub every GW this season apart from the last GW. My subs have often come in with a haul of points. Never underestimate the value of your bench.

                I'm probably going for Hoolahan myself. He's a proper attacking mid and is well involved in the attack. Fixtures aren't the best but at least I know he has a chance of doing something if I ever need him.

                        Not at all. Injuries, suspensions, an awful fixture, an inexplicable benching (eg Mahrez), inevitible December rotation.

                        You do need a half decent 5th mid.

      I would probably be happy to pay the extra 0.2 for Westwood or Drinkwater. I'm also considering going up towards 5m and looking at the likes of Morrison, M'Vila and Abdi.

        I would always be starting 3 strikers so I don't see a point in that..but yeah up to 4.5m is an option..basically priority is downgrading Sinclair as he doesn't seem to be nailed for 60+

          Yeah I took him out in a rage a couple of weeks ago after he did absolutely nothing against WBA and was subbed off at HT. Made the idiotic mistake of benching Mané for him on that occasion, still not over that one.

    WC just finished and already want to make a bunch of changes, not being able to let go of hazard has cost me.

    Does this defence need a major upgrade?

      Personally I think you don't need to upgrade it. Maybe the Hazard money could be spent better though?

        Or just shift the defensive money about a bit. I have no idea how well the rotation works and a good rotation is key to a cheap defence.

    Pelle is a fantastic shout but many cant afford him (I have Vardy, Aguero, Ighalo so seems silly to drop one)

    Should I get the Saints attacks ?
    A: Berahino -> Pelle .. funded by downgrade Mahrez -> 4.4m MF
    B: Mahrez -> Mane .. funded by downgrade Berahino -> 4.6m FW
    C: Mata -> Mane

    Team now :
    KDB - Sanchez - Payet - Mata - Mahrez
    Kun - Vardy - Berahino

    I got Berahino because of fixtures : SUN, nor, LEI. But his sub off at HT blow away my confidence.
