      I'm playing him. last 3 games he could easily have scored/assisted several times, against worst defence in the league, also got most set pieces now. couldn't tell u who to bench from that lot tho.

          I'm in a similar situation as you, I know this sounds nuts, but Mahrez was really invisible before his first goal and I don't think it's worth bringing him in for any of those two. I'de personally hold, and use the 2 FTs next week, who knows, any other budget mid may appear!! 🙂

I just meant that this business of "cool-checking" whether people like certain kinds of music, especially where something like Cold Play is considered a benchmark, seems silly and high school.                         Fair enough. Fwiw I don't hate Coldplay, but they seem a transient blip to me. That's really the point: if I were playing your role in this conversation I might say, "Please God tell me you like Little Feat then?" And you would say, "WTF?" Discussions about music can't get anywhere if you assume benchmarks. (btw, I'm kind of a Grateful Dead, Hendrix, Yes, Stones, Roxy Music, NWA, Eric Clapton, Specials, Peter Tosh kind of guy. Does that provide much of a benchmark?

                      Alright, I will take a look. But I will still always enjoy coldplay, just my opinion, and after Eminem/Macklemore I never really had much interest in rapping tbh, because IMO most of the modern day rap is dreary boring shite.

                        You also need to realise, when your young, you live through and are brought up with whatever is modern, and it's hard not to pledge allegiance to one of those styles.you have to do a lot of searching through the archives in many ways this over and appreciate past style or genres. And really, I'm not that big of a musical fan anyway, god I don't even play an instrument or anything! 🙂

                        Remember try to separate the musical pioneers from the musical lemmings. They are the ones that touch something, change your perception and enlighten. They are the ones that youll remember best.
                        Bands like coldplay dont deliver that im sure you would agree . If you're looking for a pretty ditty to hum along to then maybe.
                        I'll never forget the first time i heard punk for instance or miles davis or NWA. Quality stuff

          "And we danced" is one I enjoy, but it will for sure have many haters I would imagine (In fairness, some of the lyrics really are shite). Chorus is kind of catchy and unique though. I really like Downtown too, was unsure at first but it's really grown on me.

      Further to my wanting to do KDB > Silva...

      It's not meant as justification for doing it but just interested in a few opinions...

      When I watch Vardy, Sanchez, Mane, YYT and many others I can see why they are good players.I just can't for the life of me see it with KDB...I never watch him and think "he's a really good player he is"...in fact sometimes he looks a bit rubbish.

      Why is that?...do I just miss watching all his good games ?

        If you saw him play at Wolfsburg he looked extremely dangerous in the areas he plays now for City, his stats for a new signing in the BPL are really great too

          I get that Silva is a good player but KDB is something else.

          Check out his goals and assists ratio last season and the approx 10 games he has played for City and its reaching Suarez level and thats no exaggeration.

          i know what you mean, theres times that he looks bang average, but then he does other thing exceptionally well. Even though silva might be the better player, as seen in the newcastle game, kdb will score more in fpl when both are playing.
