This afternoon we bring you a quick update on the availability of Seb Larsson ahead of tomorrow’s game with Bolton.
Larsson has been attributed with 4 yellow cards in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game and, having picked up a booking in the Carling Cup game against Brighton, it was assumed he had reached the automatic 5 yellows which instantly result in a one-match ban.
However, having spoken to the FA in the past twenty minutes, it turns out that a yellow card attributed to Larsson in the 4-0 win over Stoke on 18th September was, in fact, for Craig Gardner.
Despite many press sources –including the Press Association, who provide data to the FPL game- reporting Larsson as the recipient, it turns out the Swede was the victim of mistaken identity.
As a result, he will be free to play in tomorrow’s game against Bolton.
