Newcastle have been very impressive this season, even the big sides will find it difficult to break them down.
Everyone thought they would struggle after they sold Enrique, Carroll, Nolan and Barton but they are even better now.
QPR played them off the park in Loftus Road few weeks ago, they are playing big 3 after Everton so we'll have bettter idea of what they are made of after that.
One niggling doubt with Newcastle, Qpr destroyed them playing a quick passing game. Stoke play a completely differant way.

Interesting rowan ricketts was racially abused playing for shamrock rovers against POAK in Europa League. But he just gave the guy abusing him the thumbs up. Then at half time he purposely grabbed a bannana he saw at half time. He made sure the crowd saw him eat it.
He sad the crowd ended up cheering for him and all the nastiness was taken out of the situation.

Having a totally appauling start to the season, still not even in the top 500,000 after a top 10,000 finish last year I was seriously hoping to improve. Can anyone point out what to do / where my main weaknesses are? I made one brash change already of Young to Mata... no more freebies but wouldn't mind playing the W/C?!

Yeah, I'm thinking of dropping Dunne for someone this week, been looking at Ferdinand (QPR) if it wasn't for their match this weekend and the current news, but its a 4pt against City, maybe Assou-Ekotto
Really though... looking at L'pools fixtures do you want their defence in? Chelsea, City and Fulham after Swansea at home. Thats not much better than Norwich at home, followed by Tottenham, Swansea and United..
Can't understand why Stoke choose to narrow their pitch, whilst opting to play 2 wingers who never got a sniff, a Pulis error?
Their wide men aren't there for width but pace. In theory their wingers are quick to get up to support Crouch/Jones after the big long-ball etc. The narrow pitch helps Delap (they had to widen it for their Europa games incidentally, Euro rules etc)...
A winger is a winger regardless of how you set out tactically,pace is their strength.Pennant tried to run the lines, but was double marked all game. The other winger taken off.

Go to 'transfers' page whilst logged in to FPL. Select Rooney to transfer out and then select RVP to transfer in. Then confirm - simples.
wanted Rooney aswell, can't have everything I guess 🙁
It's a bit risky, but you could get RvP in for Rooney now, then bring Hernandez in for Suarez after he's played Swansea. When Hernandez plays, he'll score well, the new bonus system will really suit him (he always hits the target) - only problem is he won't play as many games as Rooney.
I think I'll do Young -> Walters. Stoke's next three fixtures are irresistible.
