If the DGWs aren't confirmed by the next deadline I think my best move this week is McCarthy > Robles and save my second FT. I know I'll want him for their 2 DGWs, the uncertainty doesn't matter as I have Butland v Watford.

If they are confirmed, I'll move on Ward.

    2.1m available

    Butland - McCarthy
Alderweireld - Van Dijk - Williams - Ward - Simpson
    Ozil - Eriksen - Siggy - Payet - Mahrez
    Aguero - Kane - Vardy

For people who want to BB in GW34, I'm assuming you won't sell all your Leicester players, so wouldn't you rather bench Mahrez and Huth/Fuchs VS WHam, rather than BB that week?

This is why I'm planning on TC with 11 on 34, sitting Mahrez and Simpson for 35. All depends on City/Newcastle fixture.

Similar plan here. Leicester would desperately need those 3 pts against Swansea in 35, with three tricky fixtures at the end...

    GW31 team:

    ---------------------- Butland (wat) --------------------------

Williams (AVL), Kompany (MUN), Dawson (NOR)

Ozil (eve), Eriksen (vc) (BOU), Alli (BOU), Mahrez (cry), Siggurdson (c) (AVL)

------------- Aguero (MUN), Kane (BOU) -----------------

BENCH: DDG (mci), Vardy (cry), Belleron (eve), Fuchs (cry)

one thing everyone seems to overlook regarding the double gameweeks is that in some cases the fixtures may not necessarily be that tasty.

for instance I know two of the games everton have still to reschedule include Liverpool and palace away, Liverpool themselves have Chelsea away plus everton.

does make you think that if your current strikers/mids have really good fixtures, are 2 tough games really a better bet?

i'm sure in some cases the matches will look really good for point scoring but who knows, these dgws may promise more than they deliver

I would probably keep Mahrez, West Ham concede a lot of goals away and he is useful GW35 as well.

So, basically, assuming that GW30 blanks are the ones which go to DGW34, we avoid Everton, Man U, WHam, Palace and the winner of Arsenal/Watford among the teams which had a blank this week, and load on the rest?

(Everton is unique case tho, they have that COC DGW as well)

Yeah, but don't sell the ones you have as they will have another DGW

I have Ozil, Bellerin, Nyom, Kompany and Aguero.

        So, I could get...

        Robles,
        Bellerin, Kompany, Nyom,
        Ozil, Sanchez, Firmino, xxx,
        Aguero, Lukaku, Martial

That would leave me with atleast 5 blankers for GW35, could sell one and play the rest of the XI.

        Ugh, I am overthinking.

Was thinking about him aswell. If i got in Sturridge for Costa i could then get in Rondon for Naismith (dont ask why i've got him!)

Would've absolutely obliterated my mini league rival if I'd captained Kane instead of Aguero >.

Shh. Kane hasn't even played yet. He could get a red card, a blank, score an own goal, miss a penalty etc etc

It ain't over till it's over woman.

Until we know more tomorrow it's a tough call to make, but Greenwindmill's post makes me doubt the GW36 wc

But the blanks make me doubt GW33

Such a pity one of Stoke/Soton didn't keep that cs today-I'd 3 def involved there, Pelle decided to turn up the one time I didn't expect him and had a party 🙁

    Ccc red vine is dangerous

My best ever rank this season, from 135k to 85k juhuuu...58k GW rank.

Kane (C), Alli, Lloris, Vardy, Mahrez and Fuchs to goooo.

Are we even considering the injuries that will take place over the international break between GW31 and 32? 😉

We just decide to ignore the stupid int. break 🙂 . Some big qualifying matches in South America.

        always a good point that.

the lads playing in south America usually only return just before the weekend so worth keeping an eye on those

When are Sunderland likely to have their double gwk?

If Arsenal win tomorrow they'll have two.

    2. Pasqualinho

They might yet get 2 - so you'd have to think the first one will be GW34 - however, the fact that they have one v Everton (who have 3) make it a bit more difficult to estimate.

GW34 BB, assuing Arsenal beat Watford:

    Robles, Mignolet
    Bellerin, Azpi, Toby, Rojo, Fuchs
    Firmino, Coutino, Ozil, Alli, Shelvey
    Aguero, Lukaku, Kane

11 dgw players + Fuchs, Toby, Alli and Kane

Could have Milner + Mahrez instead of Alli and Coutino

No. It just an extension of the get-as-many-dgw-player-as-you-can disease that strikes every year!

Pretty good - and if you're lucky with no injuries you can get a full team out in 35 with 1 transfer

Robles or Mignolet for DGW preparation?

      Robles looks very good value.
