I only have 3 DGW34 players in my current squad. Even with my 2 ft's I'm nowhere near getting XI DGWers so I'm pretty much glued to using my WC in GW33.
Messing around with a few drafts I'm finding it hard to put together a team I'm at all happy with.
There's pretty horrible fixtures for West Brom and Newcastle in GW35. Being limited to 4 from Utd, WHam, Watford, Everton & cpl is very prohibitive for maximising returns in GW34. I'm struggling to pick 3 viable Pool players. Same goes for City as well to be honest. Then there's the loss of Kane & Mahrez from our squads altogether.
Anyone else using WC in 33 stressing over all this?

No. Dont lose Mahrez. Easy. Might only have 2 from Liv, City, Ars and still no fuss about it.
Even keeping Mahrez doesn't radically change how crappy looking most of our squads will be after GW33 WC

Activating it as soon as games kickoff this weekend. Tinkering over the international break is always fun. Also I think a lot of WC will be played just before gw33 so transfers may not count towards price rises that week

I like this plan, I might hold onto value added players like Mahrez until near the end of the international break for safety.
Same, I might hold on to Kane and Mahrez anyway. Then save FT in gw33.
Finally, if there are no injuries to my DGWers and I'm absolutely sure I want to get rid of K+M I'll do it on the Friday evening before gw34. At least that's the plan

Consider benching Vardy maybe? Very rarely gets a big score (3 double figures all season) so if he does score points, then you'll probably only miss out on a sub-10 score anyway

When you say wildcard gw33, is that after gw33 or before gw33?
Prior to, maybe prior to gw32 in my case.
Before the gw33 deadline. This is because you can't use two chips in the same GW, and the wildcard counts as a chip. To be able to use bench boost in gw34 you therefore need to prepare your squad with the wildcard in GW33.
As soon as GW 32 has kicked off. Then roll the FT gained in 33.

Ryan and lateriser I had decided to do wc 36 but then the sheer number of options that are available in gw34 is huge.
Also essentially the plan was to get 11 dgwers in 34 and wc 36 with the plan that was posted here we can now do wc 34 and get 11 dgwers in 36. This also reduces the rotation risk problem and gives fts in 31 32 to try punts!
So you sticking to wc 36 or twisting?Weighing it up still. Remember we aren't bound by our decisions until 33.
But then we have to decide what to do of the two fts we have now take punts for two weeks or prepare for 34.
I'll be planning for 36 as of today.
There are a few advantages of 36 WC. Like holding Mahrez, Alli and Kane for 35.

I have 6 players currently for 34 and 5 transfers so should get 11 in 34 barring any injuries. But still considerling wc 34 the only negative point is losing spurs licester.Yes, I think I've decided to keep Kane and Mahrez throughout the whole dgw-bonanza. At least through gw33-35. Maybe taking a punt on Martial gw37, but I honestly think Kane is capable to get more points in a single GW than many others in two.

Set your team up and play wc in 33 because you can not play your chips in the same week as the wildcard. Load up on dgw players.
34 - play BB chip and fill yer boots.
37 - play your TC chip and fill yer boots.

I am WC gw33, so till then, I am taking it week by week. I am 75 points ahead of 2nd place in my ML, our teams are pretty similar. He brought in Sanchez last week before their blank was confirmed. Should I do the same to block? I was thinking Ozil but would Sanchez be a better buy. Or any other trade?
