    Guys... so plan is WC in 33 bench boost in 34...

    But some are doing in 32... to avoid price rise... but what about injuries and all?

    What to do? What to do?

      Right time to WC in 32 was on Saturday evening. Most of the price changes have already occurred.

      Best to WC in 33 now.

      Price changes always die down in the International week.

      For me, if you are not worried about price changes, 32 is still good to WC but wait until after the international games and the press conferences for 33. Have the plan ready to go.

      You could always wildcard now and then just make free wildcard changes if any injuries happen during the internationals?

    In a bit of strife for next gameweek, don't think I can go without Mahrez so it would mean taking a hit to get him but would need to drop (and sell) one of these...
    Payet (H) Firminho (H) Özil (H) Arnoutovic (H) Alli (A)
    Vardy (H) Aguero (A) Kane (A)

    I'll be getting rid of Mahrez with a gw33 WC, so is it worth the hit for a one week punt or just hold tight and hope for the best? Only 8pts clear of 3rd in s big cash ML?

      3rd place and leader have Mahrez and will probably captain I would think.

      You can't take a hit for a one week punt, unless it's at home to Villa. If you've gone without Mahrez to this point, you're gonna have to hold your nerve for next week I reckon

        Yeah, that's what I thought, looks like I'll have to put £20 on Mahrez anytime scorer to ease any pain coming my way!

      if you have not mahrez in and are after a one week punt why do it against maverick SOT-a clever manger might be the team to cause LEI problems?
      let it go

    Best route here? WCing in GW36

    A)
    GW32: Eriksen -> Ozil
    GW33: Wolly -> Sakho
    GW34: Arnie & Vardy -> Payet/Firmino & Rashford/Iggy

    B)
    GW32: Eriksen -> Payet
    GW33: Arnie -> Firmino
    GW34: Kompany* & Vardy -> Smalling/Kos & Welbeck/Martial

    * if Kompany is fit for GW34, then Wolly & Vardy -> Rojo & Welbeck/Martial

    Elliot, Hennessey
    Bellerin, Kompany, Wolly, JEvans, Simpson
    Sanchez, Eriksen, Mahrez, Arnie, Alli
    Aguero, Kane, Vardy

    Bank 1.3m, 2FT

      B with Rojo/Wellbeck. I think a double up on united defence might be worth it despite what the article above says. If you can get DDG and Rojo.

    So many going for rojo I think darmian is more nailed.
    Even if valencia or varela start at rb he gets switched to lb. With the performance difference in the derby between him and rojo, darmian is definitely nailed on.

      I am interested in this. I guess the spurs away match should tell us about the preferred line up since that will be united's most difficult match remaining.

      Not entirely true. Rojo is still only slowly returning from injury and has been forced to play a lot since his return. He needs to be subbed more than normal because of that. Valencia could easily start instead of Darmian now that he's back.

    I have a wildacard and triple C available. I am thinking of WC in GW34 and TC in GW37. I want to wait till 34 for WC since I want to be sure of line up issues (Arsenal, united, Pool). Also I am planning united defence double up in gw 34 and their next two fixtures are meh.

    Does this sound ok or is there a big risk of getting burnt without TC in gw34? In 37 I think Payet and Lukaku are good options for TC.

              ok turning this on its head you would ideally like fab instead of siggy but i guess he will cost you too much

              okay now i understand your picture and focus on villa
              either
              -save the second FT
              -punt on traore for siggy (remy had a very poor game)-it'll only be a one week punt as costa will be back.
              -get fab in through vvd to daniels(villa week after) and siggy to fab this week?

    Kapow...FA cup reply WH Utd v Man Utd 13/4 right between GW 33 and GW 34...just when you think you have the team selection, in your head, ready...in comes the curve ball. The early dgw wc bunch at least are positioned to respond to FA cup resulting injuries. Don't you just love it.

    Lots of people thinking of keeping Mahrez in their upcoming WC, Fair enough, he's the top scorer in the FPL after all, but just take a look at difference in his returns both before and after Christmas, that's around the time he starting missing then lost his penalty kick duties. Talk about a game of two halves!

    There's much better DGW options out there folks. Be bold.

        Not a fan of WC now with potential injury issues. You don't have a weak player going forward so makes more sense to play 11

      Boring keeper transfer Courtois or Ospina.

      Assume you're wildcarding in 33?

      Actually there's no point saving because I am wildcarding in 33 so discount A!

        Is he?

        Villa could nick a goal & guaranteed no save points.

    If you are briging in a Lpool defedner (for your GW33 WC), Bring in clyne or sakho and avoid the rest

    PvA or Azpi for a 1 week punt before WC?

      PvA certainly has a lot more upside but Azpi's CS is virtually guaranteed...

      Im probs doing azpi, but PVA at home against basically playing like a LW not a LB 😛 against a bad WBA side is tempting

    What a mistake it was 7 gws ago to sell Mahrez and Özil. I could have had them for 5.6 and 8.6 instead of 7.1 and 9.7.

    Can't afford to keep Kane if I want atleast 14 decent dgw players. Looks like I'll end up with either Welbeck or Martial.

    Which one is safer option for gws 33-34?

      martial is safer, welbeck has more chance of getting points

      No one I think. I had Vardy from the get go but dumped him when his form dipped. I may have had Dawson from the start.

    The goalies for the dgw are tricky, i really want DDG but then there are so many other options

    Is DDG --- Elliott the best or whats better 🙂

      Who of these 3 would you prefer? (Next gameweek only!)

      A) Alli (liv)
      B) Lanzini (CRY)
      C) Coutinho (TOT)

      The ideal would be Cech and possibly with Elliot. When is Cechmate back?
