Didn't watch the game today but it appears the goals started leaking when Fosu-Mensah was subbed off.

Got rid of Rojo for Darmian on GW32 so this is gonna be brutal for me...

Thing is it's not really overall, just a % of the FFS community and probabnly some other guys who are really into FPL.

Most players wouldn't have gone for the wildcard into BB option and gotten rid of Spurs/Leicester assets.

Still have to wait for 34 to be over and 35 I suppose, but this could be really painful 🙂

When you say, "overall", it was only bad for FFSers. Everyone else, plodded along, unaware of the impending DGW and did great out of their Leicester, Spurs players and Siggy

For those of you who didnt get a Liverpool mid on a WC because you were waiting to see which option stands out, who have you gone for?

      Milner's the most nailed
Coutinho is likely to play the Dortmund game, then rested for Bournemouth and play the merseyside derby.
Firmino/Sturridge could play twice that DGW

Is today's a one off for Milner though? I bet the moment i get him his points start sustaining back to 2's

Milner's crossing is top-notch and he takes a lot of set-pieces so he's great value

Yeh definately, in comparison to last year especially Milner was quite explosive for City. I suppose because of players like Alli and Mahrez he seems quite tame. Looking at his scores recently though is another thing completely

Holebas looks like a nice defender for next week

I assume he's safe for the next few games considering he came in after the 4-0 mauling against Arsenal and scored the equaliser against Everton to earn Watford a point closer to safety

Same. Quite depressing. Ultimately, what is most depressing is spending so much time planning and deliberating careful moves, and yet getting destroyed. It shows that the game is very random week-to-week, especially in a sport with so few goals per game, and that we have to have the patience to make our evaluations after gw34 is over (which is very difficult to do!!!).

One point I've not really seen made is that this DGW differs from DGWs in previous seasons insofar as games have been brought forward rather than the additional fixture being rearranged from earlier in the season. This might seem like semantics but essentially most teams still just have two games spread over two game weeks. Obviously there are several big hitters with three in two but I'm beginning to think GW35 might end up being more decisive than 34. Unfortunately I may have worked this out too late to make use of it!

Going to do a -4 to bring in Smalling, Gabriel and a Liverpool mid, but depending on which one i go for how does this sound:

    A) Milner + Ozil>Sanchez (-8)
    B) Coutinho/Firmino (-4, stick with Ozil)

Anyone else feel like playing the WC was the wrong move. My rival over taken me I was 27pts ahead he is sitting 66pts if I didn't wildcard I would be on 66pts. He now has the advantage with the doubles for gw34 he has activated his WC I think my season done. Only got Lukaku who I knew would blank and Bolasie instead Punch who was gonna get in.

Non starts for my wildcard keep or get rid make minus points.

He wouldn't. Man Utd would have been better off with Moyes actually

now i am concerned for gw 35

    i have 15dgwers but only 8 players for gw35

no lei and spurs players could really hurt me in that gw so i'll probably get vardy, simpson and possibly alli back

Well here's my carefully planned bench boost. It looks bad now right?!

    Robles, Darlow
    Lovren, Clyne, Delaney, Bellerin, Gabriel
Sanchez, De Bruyne, Coutinho, Payet, Lennon
    Lukaku, Aguero, Mitrovic

What moves shall I do? I know everyones licking their wounds, but I feel like I can't be objective about my own team right now so would like some thoughts.

We have to look forward and not backwards!

Just let it ride mate and save your transfers.

Hopefully Everton's midweek game will give us some hope for the next gameweek!

Yep, we need a very special game midweek to salvage this.

Thinking of the late Sunderland goal v Reading in a DGW 2 years back!

I have no clue as my team is similar. I would say get rid Lovern and Coutinho as they look set to miss liverpool next prem match

          Apparently so.

I'm kinda dreading Spurs' next few fixtures now!

Martial in for Mitrovic would be an obvious move, but I'm personally trying to ship Delaney as I think Palace's fixtures could see a single gameweek defender score more

If it wasn't for Alderweireld & Vardy getting decent points then this gw wouldn't of been that bad.

You didn't use a FT but did you use your wildcard, if so then that's you back to one FT.

Best 4.3m or lower defender for next week?

Can't be Gabriel, Simpson or Crystal Palace.

West Brom would be perfect but 0.2m short of Evans

Otherwise my choices are Holebas, Fosu-Mensah (if fit) or a Newcastle defender (if there are any I can afford... Lascelles/ Saylor?)
