Have we fallen hook, line and sinker? After taking a beating by a cast of talent sacrificed in our Gameweek 33 Wildcards, it certainly feels we’ve obliviously wandered over a trapdoor and slammed back down to earth.

We’re back up to full strength in the ScoutCast as Jonty, Andy and Luke join me to compare the bruises inflicted by our Gameweek 33 refresh. We endevour to remain optimistic, clinging to the hope that the Gameweek 34 bench boost chip will deliver and help us balm the damage from a disastrous weekend.

Judging by the line of questioning from the community, we’re not the only ones smarting. The four of us pick through your bout of queries, before looking ahead the weekend and the Gameweek that could yet revive our seasons.

This episode of the ScoutCast was first aired live on our YouTube channel on Wednesday night. Be sure to subscribe to get a heads up on future broadcasts.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Screw stamina, pool are in fantastic form do you think Klopp will change things around? He'll want to keep this lineup to keep the momentum up. These guys are professional athletes, I think they can handle a game every 3 games (that being said don't expect any city or pool players for gw35)

Might say screw it and use my 2 FT ahead of GW 35 to make about 4-5 transfers for a -8 or -12 hit to get all the Liverpool players out and Lukakus and Mitrovic's out of my team and get my old team back... that had basically zero rotation issues. Seems worth it honestly.

Villareal 4th in La Liga, Bilbao and Sevilla 6th and 7th (whoever out of them wins). Write off the Spanish teams at your peril imo, they take it very seriously.

I'm not sure who the best team in the comp is/was tbh. I watch Dortmund a lot and have to say the first game they were brutal, this one they showed they have no backbone. Not to mention, of all the teams you'd expect Klopp and co to know the ins and outs of, it'd be Dortmund.

It's with open arms and warm sentiment I say it. Dortmund threw away what should have been an unassailable lead, Liverpool stuck at it and exposed them for having no spine.

Yes, I'm seething with Dortmund, but delighted for Pool. I love when a complacent team gets put to the sword like that. Hummels hoofing the ball out of play with 6/7 minutes to go had me screaming nasty words at the tv.
