Wood Clinches Sky Sports Title

Having revealed that one of the Fantasy Football Scout league, Dimitri Nicolaou, emerged triumphant in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL), we can also confirm that Alan Wood was the runaway winner in the Sky Sports Fantasy Football game.

Alan has led from the front for a number of months now and finally sealed his place at the summit, with his team “Atum Forest FC†clinching an astonishing 106-point advantage over his nearest challenger in second spot. Congratulations to Alan, who earns a handy £20,000 for his endeavours in 2015/16.

Fantasy Football Scout supplied three of the top six managers in the Sky Sports game. Jonathan Bancroft took third spot, just five points shy of second, and resultantly earns £1,000. Dexter Hayes, meanwhile, sat in sixth on 2429 points – just nine points behind Jonathan.

In the FFScout league, Trevor Fricker (13th overall) and Barry Grimes (14th) helped complete the top five. Thanks to the endeavours, we successfully defended our crown in the “League of Leaguesâ€, which comes with a £2,000 prize – the top five managers in the Fantasy Football Scout table will each receive £400 as a reward.

        Yes, you can.

        You don't have to 'sign up' necessarily - everyone on the website can participate. It's just that those who do send me their FFS usernames through email will be told about the timings via email at least 12 hours before a quiz is to be held directly.

      Probably not, they continuously lose players, and haven't been that consistent this year (hence their league position), they didn't look like a team that are that good in my opinion, but they've an excellent manager and director of football. They got their tactics right in the second half, seized their chances and won, but I sense against a proper team they'll be cut to ribbons.

    Wonder if Klopps rotating of players at seasons end messed up their form. Coutinho and Firmino gone off the boil. Moreno surpassing David Luiz as Worlds worst defender. Flanno should have been registered for Europe.

      I think they were off form anyway, Moreno and Clyne have been bad all season, Flanno isn't up to speed either yet, it was just a combination of a terrible performance, great tactical changes and of course Moreno 17 seconds into the second half.

          Losing any final is rough iv experienced many horrible losses including two tonkings in champions league finals against Barca..

          Kolo was boss and lovren wasn't shabby too.
          We were awful defensively as a team,and this is not the first time we can't hold on to what we have as we conceded the same easy goals from norwich,leicester,stoke etc.
          There has to be consistency and we are definitely failing to be consistent all f season.

        I think Robertson would be a decent 4.5 rotator. Would seem more guaranteed of minutes than last time around, can bring in attacking returns, and wouldn't be playing for the worst defence in the league.

    And so the season ends..

    Not vintage in terms of overall rank but that's irrelevant.

    I did the business in my main mini leagues sealed a second consecutive times it in one and in another turned around 2 years of pain to seal the title vs my arch rival.

    All in my mini league cash out was £850 but the titles mean everything too.

    On top of that I get married this Friday and the woman is finally Mrs. Hibbert.

    Thanks for the advice over the season and previous seasons you know who you all are lads.

                I'll not take a break while the cash leagues im in are operating if the lift was potentially as big vs. the standard of player I'm playing. If that changed if consider whether it's worth the bother.

    As a member is it possible to get the full set of player score predictions for each gameweek for the season that just finished? I want to run an analysis on how useful they are.

      Don't think so. They get updated once of twice weekly so the best way to record them was in GW1 for all week or each week after the update for that GW.
