Hi all, hope the team planning is going well as the Premier League kick off fast approaches us now.
Most on here know me quite well and I love this community. I’ve been posting on here close on five years now and I’ve seen the site grow significantly and a full blown ‘Internet community’ evolve. There are so many different characters and styles of posters on here, the dynamic at times can be mind blowing.
When I originally posted all those years ago I was intrepid and cautious but to my amazement Fantasy Football Scout was such a warm and open site and it is even more so today, so much credit is due to Mark and all the team for maintaining this and constantly evolving in this techno world we live in.
Now to the point of this community article – as most of you know I’m Irish and proud and there seems to be so many of my fellow country men and women posting here now that I’ve decided to set up a league for them called “The Irish Contingent”.
Here are the qualifying rules.
– I’m looking for 20 players only (although, expansion may be considered if the demand is high enough).
– You MUST be Irish and prove it within reason, which means Tony Cascarino need not apply.
– You must be a regular poster (the more you have posted, the better your chance).Â
I will be the judge and jury of all the above and promise to be firm but fair.
Once set up there will be regular updates in the community article section to showcase the current leaders.
