    @Slindoffer.

As posted earlier.....I'm surprised he hasn't appeared in the "Big numbers", it's like turning the clock back two years.

Do we know if Barkley or Lukaku are on pens?

      Nope. Could still be Baines

Have Baines so that would be great! Just about to bite the bullet and take the 0.3 loss and do Firmino to Barkley, but wanted a small bit of comfort...

Hm. Why? Now you've missed the prices, don't really see a driving factor behind it - Barkley is still a player I don't trust at all and he hasn't played well for a long time

Yeah it's on the fixtures, Barkley has delivered returns in 2/2 and Firmino hasn't yet. Even if a Liverpool team perform (i.e. against Arsenal) he isn't guaranteed points. But you're right, something in my gut has been putting me off it all week and I should listen to it.

No 🙁 Got Tadic and am very happy with him. Just used the comparison tool on Firmino vs Barkley and think I'm going to stick. Like Ozil, but not sure where I can find 1.1

Given his struggles in front of goal (not scored since March), I expect it to be Lukaku. Even though he's a bit rubbish at them. Wish they'd just let Sir Leighton take them.

    Morning All,
Can someone please confirm how the wildcard is renewed?
Do you get a new one after Xmas? Is the first one void if you don't use it before Xmas?

No DGW's means very little advantage in saving the first one for any length of time.

Friend is a huge doubt, so that makes it easier.
Due to the Benteke situation I would go for Capoue. 2 points > 1 points

Fletcher AND Capoue seems a bit light in midfield... Eriksen to Lamela seems best idea, but the Dane can troll you and score high - be worned 😉

    Defence currently:

    Jakupovic, Heaton
Valencia, Stones, Friend (!), Amat, Wasilewski

    2FT's £0.0 in bank

    Which option is best:

    1.
    Heaton----Pickford
    Friend---5.0 (PVA, A.Williams)

    Or

    2. Just Friend to a 4.5 (Targett, Stoke Def, J.Evans, Souare)

    1. Karmanya
      • 14 Years

Williams should be a good buy.

Been keeping a close eye on Ville Rönkä's team.

He had 99.5m squad value with 0.5 in the bank and now he has 99.5m with 0.9 itb. He has made one transfer that has earned him 0.4m.

    https://fantasy.premierleague.com/a/team/30327/event/2

Any idea who he has 'downgraded' on what we know?

Best option for sub 9.5m :

    A) Payet
    B) Ozil
    C) Pogba (Have Ibra)
    D) Mahrez
    E) Mane

Play one out these 3 :

    1) McAuley (Foster playing)
    2) Stuani
    3) Capoue

    Appreciate your thoughts!

Always play the attacker, that's my mantra.

On the top one, would wait if you can , cause Payet may emerge as a top pick this week.

Good option. Poor fixtures in the mean time however.

I fancy Shaqiri to improve his returns.

    God morning peeps
Long term would you prefer Williams (EVE) or Stones (MANC) ?

Probably Williams for slightly better fixtures. I do see Everton keeping CS with him in the team now.

If they carry on playing with a back 5 then yes.

Could be at risk if they play with a 5"4

At risk from who though? Even with a back 4 they still need a RB and Coleman is injured

    Zaza to West Ham.

He is actually a decent finisher so I think with Payet behind him he could be OK.

Only worth it though if 7.5m or less though

      Too many options upfront.

If Chelsea could sign two more defenders before deadline and play 2 strikers upfront, they could be a solid contender. But that's a big if, as the only available CB seems to be Koulibaly; and Napoli wants silly money from him.

Batshuayi was a very good buy. But since Remy is on the move, highly unlikely Chelsea would play 2 strikers upfront as Costa will be out more often than not. That is, unless, we buy a new striker which is getting pretty unlikely now.
