Gameweek 7 comes to its conclusion as Burnley welcome Arsenal to Turf Moor.

The Gunners roll up on the back of four straight league wins, with Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott both in fine recent form.

The Chilean teed up Walcott’s pair of strikes in the midweek Champions League win over FC Basel and with three double-figure hauls in four, carries the armband hopes of many at Turf Moor.

Walcott has now notched five times in seven across all competitions and has risen to 6% ownership in Fantasy Premier League.

Another big performance today would surely kick start a bandwagon over the international break, yet Arsene Wenger’s side face an obstinate Clarets rearguard that has conceded just five goals in the previous 17 league matches in front of their own supporters.

I think Walcott should get assist as I think koscielny kicked the ball onto his own hand

      But agree re: Rose assist

I brought Sanchez in against my better judgement. Tough away game, he eats up 11m and whenever I own him he screws me over!

Tempted to do Sanch -> Theo to get those funds back.

Don't do the old "back and forth", you got Sanchez, he still has three great fixtures, he's going to get points. Also, international break, possible injuries, waiting is your game plan.

To be fair to him Spurs away was always going to be tough. Aguero didn't look great either.

Sterling has good fixtures incoming, if love to have him in my team but can't

Although it is supposed to be handball and offside goal, it is clearly Kos goal. If not given that way, then it is a rule mistake because of that if the ball just touches a teammate who is clearly offside, then it is offside. And he is on the position to possess the ball. So it must be Kos goal.

When Baines was out, I had 0.6 ITB to replace him for a hit. Could have got Kosc but went for Clyne to 'save funds'. Not a moan, just a lesson, don't be stingey 🙂

Awful week over here, 36 points with all my big hitters blanking...

First question, Ibra to who? Have Aguero and Defoe already.

      A) Deeney
      B) Lukaku
      C) C Wilson
      D) Austin

Miserable FPL gameweek but at least I'm satisfied I've kept 2 FT ahead of the international break.
Prices rising at the speed of the light tho ; why are people knee-jerking transfers when they can wait and reflect after the international games ?
