Gameweek 7 comes to its conclusion as Burnley welcome Arsenal to Turf Moor.

The Gunners roll up on the back of four straight league wins, with Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott both in fine recent form.

The Chilean teed up Walcott’s pair of strikes in the midweek Champions League win over FC Basel and with three double-figure hauls in four, carries the armband hopes of many at Turf Moor.

Walcott has now notched five times in seven across all competitions and has risen to 6% ownership in Fantasy Premier League.

Another big performance today would surely kick start a bandwagon over the international break, yet Arsene Wenger’s side face an obstinate Clarets rearguard that has conceded just five goals in the previous 17 league matches in front of their own supporters.

    My 2 free transfers are burning a hole in my pocket.

    Think I want Deeney and Son in. Any ideas how to improve?

    Foster / Pickford
    Walker. Williams. Holebas. Amat. Kelly.
    Sanchez. Firmino. Sterling. Antonio. Capoue
    Aguero. Lukaku. Rashford.

        I'm .2 out.

        I'd have to do Capoue to fletcher and take a -4 hit.

    Son in for a -4, 343 to 352 done

    Heaton
    Holebas Valencia Britos
    Firmino Sterling Coutinho Walcott Son
    Aguero Lukaku

    2.3 itb to get Zlatan after Liverpool and Chelsea games (Lukaku to Zlatan)

      Do it. Lpool is nowhere near cs. WHU have internal problems, huge problems. I dont think that time can change that. Look at United and their assets. We are nowhere near them but they are still top 4 contenders. This is just dont feel right to have them fpl wise. For me it's the same story with West Ham, Lpool def or WBA attack.

    Son vs Wally

    Wally:
    Swansea (H)
    Middlesbrough (H)
    Sunderland (A)

    Son:
    West Brom (A)
    Bournemouth (A)
    Leicester (H)

    Wally has the easier fixtures but son looks sharper than wally from what i saw, which one to pick? Will Kane's possible return also impact Son?

      Heh was just about to post something similiar.

      I already have Sanchez, so went with Son. Statisically, Walcott isn't a millions miles from Son and obviously if he plays better against weaker opponents then his stats will improve but I decided to spread the risk as oppose to doubling up.

    Evening fellas! What would you do with this lot:

    Foster
    Walker, Pieters, Valencia
    Sterling, Mane, Sanchez, Redmond
    Aguero, Lukaku, Rondon

    Subs: Heaton --- Capoue, Evans, Amat --- 2 FT, 0.3 ITB

    A) Valencia & Rondon -> Koscielny & Austin
    B) Foster & Rondon -> Pickford & Deeney
    C) Something else, what?

  17. Game of Stones

    Foster - Jaku
    Valencia - Baines - Holebas - Evans - Amat
    Firmino - Sterling - Antonio - Snodgrass - Capoue
    Aguero - Zlatan - Lukaku

    2FT, 0.2 ITB.

    Torn on what to do...
    Considering Zlatan, Snodgrass and Capoue -> Austin, Son and Walcott for (-4), but seem a bit crazy.

    Thoughts?

      Hey HVT! Hope you're doing well this year (sure you're absolutely smashing it as usual!)

      I reckon A is your answer; better players in defence (tried to look at your team but couldn't find a link so I couldn't tailor my reply a bit, so sorry if you have these) for 5.5-6 for upcoming fixtures, like Vertonghen (if you just have 5.5) / Walker / Mustafi/Kosc / Bellerin, so I'd say he's top to go, though tbh I try to keep defence changes to a minimum.

      Rashford (easy swap to Deeney) is second; Antonio is more of a watch and wait for me.

    Hey all! 2FT advice please, wana keep my bandwagon rolling on 🙂

    Team is
    Pickford / Jaku
    Williams Walker Lovren Amat 3.9
    Sanchez Capoue Firmino Antonio Fletch
    Kun Kaku Costa
    0.6itb / 2FT.

    Thinking I need an Arsenal defender, and I think it'll have to be Antonio who goes to finance it.

    How does this look:
    Lovren ---> Bellerin
    Antonio ---> Snodgrass (fixtures good)

    Can't see any other midfielder (King? Wilshere!?) in the sub 6.2 category - even if I go Kosc/Mustafi instead of Bellerin that only gives me 6.6/7 which doesn't get me anything either.

    Those are the right moves *after internationals*, right?

    Thanks!

    - I
