Gameweek 18 rolls on this evening as Liverpool welcome Stoke to Anfield in a 5.15pm kick-off.

Owned by over 21% of Fantasy Premier League managers, Sadio Mane’s home form suggests he’s the man most likely to wreak havoc against the Potters – the Senegal international has scored or assisted in six of seven Anfield appearances since arriving from Southampton over the summer.

Divock Origi, with goals in all but one of the last five Gameweeks, retains his starting berth, with Jurgen Klopp set to unleash Daniel Sturridge from the bench once again.

Roberto Firmino also keeps his place as he attempts to end a run of six straight blanks.

For the Potters, Joe Allen is the form player – he’s bagged a goal and assist in the last three Gameweeks as he prepares to face his former club for the first time since moving to the bet365.

Between the posts, Lee Grant has produced at least one save point in each of the last four and should be kept busy again as the hosts look for the win that would see them leapfrog Man City into second.

    Might just be a nice idea, given Phillips constant point return and Stanislas good run of fixtures!

          Chelsea's attacking returns are diminishing as teams start to defend deeper against them. I don't think you need both Costa and Hazard.

          Nah, he's never really been nailed on with the options BOU have. I'd steer clear, there are so many other decent picks in that range like Cabaye, Chadli or even Snodders.

      First I'd monitor Pickford, you might be without GK next GW. Zaha might go to Afcon so Phillips/Cabaye two options. So Hennessey for GK if Pickford is out. Otherwise you're good for now.

          And Klopp also tried at the start, but resigned to 4 DEF!

          Chelsea is only doing it brilliantly bcoz they've got 3 good box-to-box MID and reliable defenders.

            At Juve he used Pirlo like a deep lying quarterback behind two combative mids. He's truly a master tactician eh the way he has gotten the absolute best out of juve, then Italy, now Chelsea through tactical and systemic tweaks that nobody else would try really.

        Well it depends upon who are being deployed in those positions. For a team like Spurs or Everton, they have good wing backs who can play advanced and 3 good fullbacks to aid them. So it may work for them.

    I was just browsing through some of overall best ranking teams. There are some players that acctually know how to play and have great teams, but, there are also players that obviously do not understand or don't know how to play(eg. No 19. just played the worst bench boost ever) but despite all of that they are highly ranked. What I'm saying is that things will change for sure in the near future and as luck is of course very important part of this game but also is keeping track, preparations and managing your squad. I'm trying to say that current rating (yours or anyone elses) is probably going to change and be higher as the gameweeks passes by. FPL is maybe the perfect mix of luck and hard work and in the end it always pays off!

          Don't get me wrong, it's not mine to judge someone's idea of playing this game. And of course I get your opinion but the beauty of the game is what most of the people arund here are doing(keeping track and managing their teams on a regular basis).
