In our final article of the evening, we check in on the Opta data in the first members’ article of the Gameweek, pinpointing some of the most impressive performers over the ten fixtures so far.

Delving into the numbers, our attentions turn to in-form midfielders from Everton and West Ham ahead of a reduced Gameweek 28.

Swansea and Southampton both supply us with a pair of eye-catching assets, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s numbers come under analysis as his owners take to the transfer market in light of today’s suspension.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

    Sane&Sterling to Coutinho&King-8 and then can afford Diomande to Kane the week after. YES or NO?

      -8 feels like a bit hit in what will be a low scoring week overall. Could pay off though if keeping Cout and king mid term.

    Thoughts on this? capoue looking like dropping tonight or tomorrow.
    Jaku Heaton
    Coleman Brunt Alonso Pieters Walker
    Phillips Sterling Haz Alli Capoue
    Lukaku Carroll Kun

    1FT 1.5itb

    What to do here? A bit short on GW 28 players due to this weeks DGW. Lorente looking a good pick. No liverpool cover either could hurt (as it is doing this week)
    A) Kun -> Lorente
    B) Kun, Capoue -> Lorente, Siggy (-4)
    C) Kun, Capoue -> Lorente, Mane (-4)
    D) Haz -> Siggy/Lpool mid (probably Mane)
    E) Anything else?

      Your funds are so spread which makes your team awkward. You need Kun out but I don't like having Carroll and Llorente there. You'll want Kane/Costa going forward. I take it Sterling to Mane is just out of range? Would probs chance it with Cout/Firm and downgrade a defender somewhere. Llorente fine if you really want Mane, hits are less of an issue this week.

        It's a good point and has basically happened as a result of this DGW.
        I'm tempted to go with C and face the fact I'll likely be taking another - 4 next gw.

      If he plays behind Carroll instead of out wide (like v Che) he has a better chance of doing something.

      Yes. 3-5-2 gives you better scope to find low priced players with high potential ceilings. Cout/Firm/Sterling/Sane/Eriksen/Alli/Pedro - your 5th mid should be no worse than Josh King IMO, preferably better.

          If it were up to me, you'd pick a squad of 25 and have no transfers, or just 1 christmas wildcard, then just pick your players each week. Be less time consuming and I don't mind that really, just the headaches and not working out the right logical transfer patterns costing points which iirks me!

    Not normally one for taking too many hits but the blanks make the risk so much lower this week. Already Taken a -8 to field 10. Robertson, Mane and Llorente in and no rush to get rid of any of them with good fixtures over the next 4gws (Pieters, Sterling, Ibra out - rubbish fixtures/suspended). Now thinking if I'm ditching Aguero for Kane next week anyway, why not take a one week punt on A Carroll too? Make sense or has breaking the seal got me a bit overexcited?

    Lots of people seem to be taking hits left, right & center - I'm thinking that with 8x GW28 players, and despite not having any GW28 strikers, that avoiding hits is probably more beneficial than to take hits and hope those 'big' players (eg llorente, Lukaku) don't haul.

    My ML rivals all seem to have less GW28 players than me currently, so I expect them to take at least a hit or two.

    Thoughts?

    Baines, Coleman, Mawson, Brunt, Reid

    Reid looks less like a major doubt thanwhen I posted before,so would you for -4?

    A) Sell Reid (up to 6.6m)
    B) Sell Sterling for Firmino or Coutinho (bench Brunt or Reid)
    C) Stick and just play 10 if Reid doesn't make i
