Matt Phillips remains sidelined for West Brom’s trip to Everton, while Winston Reid and Jose Fonte are expected to be fit for West Ham’s visit to Bournemouth. Eddie Howe will make a late decision on Simon Francis but Kyle Naughton misses out for Swansea City’s clash against Hull City.

Tony Pulis revealed this morning that Matt Phillips has failed to recover from a hamstring injury in time to face Everton at Goodison Park tomorrow. The West Brom head coach also intimated, without naming names, that one or two players might be in need of a “little rest.”

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is available again for Everton’s home clash against West Bromwich Albion, but Muhamed Besic and Yannick Bolasie remain out for the Toffees.

A late decision is expected to be made on the fitness of Bournemouth captain Simon Francis, who has missed the Cherries’ last two matches due to a hamstring injury. Bournemouth will be without the suspended Tyrone Mings and Andrew Surman for the home fixture against West Ham United, while Junior Stanislas looks set to remain with a groin injury.

Winston Reid and Jose Fonte are expected to be available for West Ham United’s trip to Bournemouth, while Michail Antonio is back in contention after missing the 2-1 defeat to Chelsea due to suspension. Andy Carroll and Robert Snodgrass suffered cuts during Monday night’s 2-1 defeat to Chelsea, but they are set to be available.

Kyle Naughton has been ruled out for the trip to face Hull City, but Ki Sung-yeung and Jefferson Montero have returned to full training, and could be involved at the KCOM Stadium.

Roberto Firmino is a doubt for Liverpool’s clash with Burnley, with Jurgen Klopp confirming that the Brazilian is set to be assessed. Jordan Henderson and Daniel Sturridge remain out for Sunday’s match.

There are also four FA Cup quarter-finals over the next three days, with Premier League sides Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Middlesbrough and Tottenham Hotspur all in action.

Danny Welbeck and Alex Iwobi are both doubts for Arsenal’s home tie against non-league Lincoln City due to illness, while Arsene Wenger revealed he hasn’t decided whether Mesut Ozil will be involved, with the German midfielder having only just recovered from a sickness bug himself.

Calum Chambers and Daniel Ayala will both miss tomorrow’s quarter-final against Manchester City, while George Friend is also expected to be sidelined due to a recurrence of a calf problem.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

Chasing. Thinking of doing Allen > Grosicki, instead of the more popular options of King, Antonio, Lanzini, Snodgrass. What do you think? Rest of team is:

    Heaton (Pickford)
Maguire / Brunt / Coleman (Alonso / Chambers)
Mane / Coutinho / Siggy (Zaha / Allen)
    Lukaku (Aguero / Anichebe)

I think he is a very nice differential punt + Hull have 3 of their next 4 fixtures at home. I wish I had opted for him over Markovic a couple of weeks back.

Got a bit unlucky I reckon, picked up a knock which led to him missing Burnley at home then wasn't really in the game against Leicester. Hoping he gets in the mix this week. Good luck

Klopp:"Roberto is struggling. He felt something after the game, so he couldn't train until now. We need to wait a little bit more, then see"

"...couldnt train until now" implies that he is training today and they are going to see how he does.

The game against Burnley is on Sunday so I certainly wouldnt sell him.

      Robles
      Brunt, Baines
      Coutinho, Mane (c), Siggy
      Lukaku, Llorente

Currently have the above for a -4.

Aguero, Eriksen, De Roon, Alonso, Fabio, Kingsley, Pickford.

Next week i want to go Coutinho > Hazard and Aguero > Ibra so this limits what i can spend this week. Would you....?

A - Stick with only playing 8 and take no more hits?
      B - De Roon > Snodgrass....9 playing...-8 overall.
      C - De Roon > Snodgrass and Fabio > Olsson...10 playing...-12 overall.

I see it as perhaps a chance to upgrade and lose a couple deadweight players in De Roon and Fabio, -12 may sound bad on paper but each transfer is not really costing that replacing a non-playing player with one who's playing and also each is essentially an upgrade...agree or disagree?

      Thanks.

      Mane - Firmino * - Philips *
      Llorente - Lukaku

De Gea - Alonso - Walker - Sterling - De Roon - Aguero

Had the armband on Mane but now re-thinking.
Lukaku is going to be the overwhelming captain choice this week, most owned player in the game, 2nd for in transfers in too.

We've seen him haul big as well as blank. If you have a good number of players is the best option to Captain Lukaku to cover the masses in case of a haul and let your additional 3-5 plays be your differential this week?

I'd take a hit(s) but if your approach is working...

          Afternoon,

          As it stands I only have the following players available for this GW;

          Heaton/Foster
          McAuley
          Williams
          Mane
          Gray

Stanislas and Phillips are injured and the other 7 players do not have a fixture.

          I'm thinking of lining up with the following;

          Heaton
          McAuley Williams
          Mane
          Gray

...or should I take a -4 to get rid of Aguero and Stanislas/Phillips (recommendation on which one would help!) to bring in Lukaku and Siggy so I have 7 players for GW28?

I am top of my mini-league but not by much and my nearest 3 rivals all have Lukaku.

Other option is to just do Aguero > Lukaku but I feel that Siggy could easily make up the -4 (effectively -2) away at Hull.

          Any ideas, recommendations, help welcome!

          Thanks,

In addition to this I have my WC but noticed that my other rivals also would struggle to field many players without hits, however I have just checked and all main rivals used their WC in GW21. The closest one with a WC is 100 points behind.

Think I'll just use it in GW36 with a BB in GW37 for the DGW.

I think you should bring in Lukaku and then if you have players you will not need in the future sell them now in this gw.

Sterling, sane, Phillips, ibra, Barnes -> coutinho, Antonio, King, Carroll, lukaku (-16)

All rivals will have 6 or 7 starters having taken a -4. I will have full 11.

          What do you think?
