Gameweek 36 finally comes to an end this evening as Southampton entertain Arsenal at St Mary’s.

Alexis Sanchez will again be the focus of most managers’ attentions. Sitting in over 27% of FPL squads, the Chilean was the most captained player (11.2%) in the round of fixtures but a blank at home to Man United in his first match of Double Gameweek 36 means he has now netted just once in seven league appearances.

Meanwhile, his team-mate Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain looks to add to a pair of assists in the 2-0 weekend win over Jose Mourinho’s side. The Gunners’ wing-back has been drafted in by over 15,000 FPL managers this week for a Double Gameweek 37 against Stoke and Sunderland.

For the Saints, Manolo Gabbiadini was the fourth most transferred in player ahead of last week’s deadline, with over 108,000 taking the plunge.

Yet a blank against Liverpool took his run to one assist in five, as Claude Puel’s defence racked up the points at Anfield instead thanks to a fourth clean sheet in seven.

Thanks to his spot-kick stop away to Liverpool, the Saints’ Fraser Forster leads the way among the Double Gameweek contingent on 16 points ahead of tonight’s 7.45pm encounter.

Has to be Sanchez captain now

    - Arsenal doing their usual - finishing strong and with something to play for
    - After a barren spell Sanchez has a goal, something of a return to form
    - Great fixtures. Sunderland are the kind of team Arsenal could rip to shreds...and Sanchez loves an away game at Stoke too

I agree, my original plan was to captain Hazard (I even contemplated playing BB in GW36 just so I can TC Hazard in 37), but now I'm gravitating towards Alexis.

I'm thinking Jesus, but could sway it to Sancho

He was my captain up until 20 mins ago and now Jesus is. May well change it yet again.

Jesus is a great choice don't get me wrong. I think having both is essential.
Sanchez has the clean sheet and extra point for a goal to consider as well.

But also the playing on the wingness to consider. Jesus will spearhead the attack and will be in better shape now after playing a full game after his injury.

Shadow striker? Will still be the most forward player. Aguero won't be playing and he doesn't fancy Iheanacho (God knows why)

No thanks, one goal doesnt change anything... Still in similar form as he has been in last few weeks. Similar situation when he scored a FK against Boro...

If he took comparatively more shots, then I would have considered but no improvement in that section either...

He played up front once today i.e. got into a forward position, took 1 shot and scored it. What else does Wenger need to see that he needs to play him as a striker?!!?! No doubt Giroud will start next match as the striker now.....

Surely Hazard is more likely to be benched in gw38 and play the next two? Hopefully West Brom do something annoying but even if Chelsea win the title then home to Watford would be a celebration and the last time the fans would see hazard at home this season(not risked vs Sunderland) . At least 30 mins sub appearance coupled with 90 mins against West Brom make him worth retaining (especially if considering hits)

What shall I do with this lot? Already on -8, but is anyone else worth a hit for my BB?

    Caballero De Gea
    Yoshida Bailly Valencia Stephens Cedric
    Fabregas Sane Hazard Eriksen Pedro
    Kane Jesus Vardy

    Much appreciated!

3 Man U defenders 3 Soton defenders and 3 Chelsea mids is risky but could pay off.

It's a risk I need to take. You can't see any hits worth taking to take me to a -12? Or is it good to go?

Holding to play both in 37?

If yes, would be awesome pick?

It's pretty sideways but it could be a good differential if you need

If you are doing something with the cash, then yes, otherwise no.

Late charge towards top 1k, seems to be a fair bit of debate on Costa and Kane after last week's disappointing results for the neutral.
    A) Sell Costa for Jesus
    B) Sell Kane for Jesus
    C) Keep them both and go without the holy one

Same dilemma for me, though I could also upgrade Gabbiadini if I donwgrade Sane or Eriksen. Not too sure on this one.

What's your ranking? At 4,345 here.

3,333 after a good week, TC Sanchez came through tonight.
What's the rest of your midfield?

Sanchez (TC like you), Hazard and King.

Slight downfall was my defence - only Gabriel from Arsenal. Need to find the money to get Monreal now.

Hmm... I guess Costa->Jesus and you can get Monreal easily.

I think I'm going to lose Costa.
Surely going to lose some minutes, Kane does have golden boot to play for and on pens. Plus having Hazard as well it seems too much having 21m tied up in two players who could get easily see minutes taken from them.
