not happy with results today at all 🙠but glad i managed to bring valencia,dempsey and sess using my wc. also brought torres to give him C 🙠having bale and RVP already .i am pretty happy with my score 58 with BP's to come
It would be interesting to compare the fortunes of a fantasy manager who uses this site and one who doesn't (but is still active), before this site I was over a millionth in the rankings but since then my surge has been unstoppable!
This site has made me a better fantasy player for sure. Finds like vorm I would never figure out till too late. City smashed 4 against swansea and everybody was raving about vorm!? Swansea defenders then held up with so many CS.
Was in the top 1k at this point last season before I found the site.
I am currently sitting 300k+ this season having used the site all year.

Sometimes find there's too much information, and you can easily get caught up in a bandwagon. But as they say, 'Knowledge is power' and i'll take any advantage!
I discovered this site only at the beginning of this season. Always used just the main site to analyse and finished 16k last year and usually about 20-30k. I'm currently 160K, never been above 80k and just had probably my worst ever week and just WC'd.

Why is everyone so quick to jump on the Dempsey bandwagon? I read somewhere he only has a good points haul every 4 GWs and apart from a decent fixture next GW, GW24 he's away to ManC. Surely the best time to bring him in is on WC or in GW25 when he has a nice run.

Its true. But he has never been in such good form in his life. So you can sort throw the record stats out the window. Two hatricks in quick sucession is difficult to ignore. But I get your point. He could easily have used up all his goal power for the next 6 weeks.

just swap jones and odem for a cheapie defender who has good fixture and maybe adebayor (one week punt v wigan). that will cover you well until next weeks wildcard imo.

Is Sessegnon the real deal? I've generally shied away from players from the likes of Sunderland, Stoke and Wolves as you know they'll lose against top four teams, which limits their appeal...

I rate him as the Walters of Sunderland and Walters has NEVER let me down until now. I don't like Sess's fixtures coming up, but if you are looking for a quality mid priced midfielder then yes, he's the real deal.

Haha it's a gamble, week by week...You can count on Mata, Bale, Silva in the mid to get you some sweet extra points each week...in my experience, anyways. But if you're staring at Sunderland fixtures and want to profit from them...Sess is the way to go.

You need to have a balanced team and an OOP Mid Table player like Sess is Gold Dust. With MON as his manager I can't see his scoring faltering. Who says he won't nick a goal against one of the big clubs at home or away anyways? Defo a better option than Scholes or Giggs for consistency. De Jong??? Please! Just do the maths - defensive journey men and 60 minute men don't get great cumulative points.

Haha yeah there is definitely a hint of kneejerk in my transfer ideas. But to be honest I wouldn't play Walters away to United anyway, and he'll be out in my WC. Dempsey and Valencia are both decent replacements I think.
Rooney out is a kneejerk for sure but he looked so poor today. Likewise Sturridge who also has a tricky fixture this week.

You wouldn't want to play Walters away to United, so that means playing Dyer home to Chelsea. I'd fancy Sess to outscore him by 4 and would also mean you're getting Sess before his price rises.
Really dont want to take a hit before I play WC. If i got get one of Dempsey/Valencia or Sess they can come in my WC.
