Those 2 are nailed and on pens and my defence include 2 injured players, Moreno, Lowton and Naughton.

That's not the right way to look at it cause you're never gonna pick the highest scoring player EVERY week. For example I've had Ota and Monreal 15ptrs but I was never ever gonna cap them

172 with it being 27.48% of my teams score, more than happy with the 172, not so much with the percentage of my teams score
I think that site is doing something wrong. It shows my total captain score as 140 & 20.9% when it should be 182 & 27%, according to FPL Statistico http://anewpla.net/fpl/report/
If I'm not mistaken I think gargatron doesn't take into account when a vice-captain has come into effect, whilst statistico does. Have you had such situations?

I do not agree - if you can afford a good bench spurs full back are guaranteed high points when they play. You just have to accept that a 5,7 def will not play each game. But when he does you will most probably get a decent return of points

Could be good. It's all about your estimation that Pogba will continue to produce and Vardy will not. Gross's fixtures do get a bit tougher, so I can see that, and Wilson seems like the featured forward for Bournemouth who also have four good games ahead.
I also own Aguero, Jones and Kiko, and we/you also need to factor in the extent to which you are comfy with those 3 guys not playing this weekend. I cannot find news on Kiko, and while I think it is prudent to hold Aguero, Jones is out. Ward will come in for you, and RLC might, too, and that is fine. Gross won't be on your bench though, as you listed. Daniels, Otamendi and Ward would be your three guys if Jones and Feminia are both out.
If I keep the same team I will prob swap Gross and Ward's bench preference, not much in it imo.
The one thing I worry about is If I take Vardy out against an awful WH team and he scores a brace. Really in two minds whether to stick or twist. I do fancy Pogba to do well.
I really don't think Femenia's injury is all that, he should start. If he doesn't Daniels Otamendi Ward defence is not disastous. Not touching my defence this Gw and I'm happy with the balance generally should Jones and Femenia be cleared in next couple of weeks.
I don't get the bias against Arsenal defence.
