Each week we are reviewing the aggregated predictions on Superbru’s Premier League Predictor game, using the collective Wisdom of the Crowd predictions to guide our fantasy football thinking.

Please join the FFS league here and add your own predictions to the data – the more there are, the more accurate the crowd should be (in theory).

GAMEWEEK 13 REVIEW

Tottenham’s draw with West Brom was the most surprising result of the weekend, and owners of Dele Alli and Harry Kane can consider themselves somewhat fortunate to salvage some points from that match.

Meanwhile, Man United’s victory was an obvious pick, but Romelu Lukaku’s owners were left frustrated.

Here are the Gameweek 13 results in descending order of predictability:

Well done to John Campbell from the UK for winning the Yellow Cap in the FFS pool.

Mr Crowd Wisdom – using the aggregated predictions of the crowd – dropped another six places (with the crowd having backed Spurs to win again, plus a few other draws) but remains well above average.

The aggregated predictions of the community are making better predictions than most individual players in the game, suggesting that there is credibility in the Wisdom of the Crowd concept.

GAMEWEEK 14 PREVIEW

Here is the Expected Goals chart for each fixture in Gameweek 14.

And here is the ranking of teams in order of Expected Goals Scored and Conceded.

Manchester City at home is once again top of the predicted goals table, even if it remains a frustrating game trying to predict the starting lineup.  There is so much attacking talent to choose from, and some of them look set to profit once again.

Chelsea is not far behind them though, with Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata providing selection security of which City’s stars can only dream.

Arsenal also have a kind home fixture, which will please those backing Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey for returns. In addition, Mo Salah and Liverpool should be in the goals once again, away at Stoke, according to the crowd.

Chelsea’s defence looks a safe bet against a Swansea side that hasn’t scored a goal since October.  Arsenal and Man City are also expected to keep clean sheets in front of their home fans.

Here are the aggregated predictions that we’ll enter into the game for Mr Crowd Wisdom in the FFS pool.

Is there anything else that catches your eye in these crowd predictions?

Don’t forget to join the FFS league on Superbru and make your predictions each week so that they are included in these data – the more knowledgeable people there are, the more accurate they should be in theory.

Cheers for this. Looking good for those who have loaded up on Chelsea and City.

That Spurs result has knocked confidence in their Lei trip - that could be a mistake given their away form.

Kane & Alli are going to rip it up and cause more fantasy headaches (I hope)! If not Hazard will be coming in for Alli more than likely 😉

Yep, surely last orders for Alli, esp with Hazard doing so well.

I don't have Salah though so he's an even bigger priority for me. I'll prob get rid of Lukaku, Alli & TC and get them both on a mini wc switching to 352!
Anyway GL for the gk and look forward to the Scoutcast!!

Predictions look very good I think.

There should be a separate Crowd vs. Lawro prediction tracker.

Lawro is 188th in the FFS league, with the Crowd in 78th.

Pretty sure Hazard will blank and Eriksen will score, assist and get max bonus after trading him in.

    Patience wore too thin.
    Same goes for Lukaku.

Kane or Hazard Captain, and is it worth waiting one week on Rom to Morata ?
