Gameweek 19 now offers six afternoon kick-offs, with Manchester City’s encounter with Bournemouth at the Etihad Stadium the key focus for Fantasy managers.
Raheem Sterling heads into today’s game as the most signed Fantasy Premier League (FPL) player ahead of Gameweek 19, while he also earns the trust of 443,000 (8.0%) managers who place the captaincy with the winger. Man City’s leading scorer, Sterling is also the Premier League’s top scorer in home matches with seven goals.
He starts against the Cherries as does Sergio Aguero and David Silva; the Spaniard returns to the fray after missing the win over Spurs due to personal reasons. Silva was the second most sold player ahead of Gameweek 19, with over 327,000 managers moving him out. He heads into today’s contest with four goals from his last three starts.
Elsewhere, Richarlison’s progress at Brighton will be under scrutiny. The Watford winger has produced just two assists from his last six Gameweek appearances and has been sold by over 93,000 managers ahead of today’s clash.
Fantasy interest is limited across the other four matches, though many managers will be looking for a fourth successive clean sheet from West Ham. Angelo Ogbonna was snapped up by 155,000 managers ahead of Friday’s deadline, second only to Nicolas Otamendi (208,000+) among defenders.
